Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

The Terrace

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

Lovely Mediterranean Apartment "Sunce"

This beautiful 2 bedroom, air conditioned apartment, with lovely garden terrace, is located below Mošćenice and a breath away from the sea. Just a short stroll to the beach below (10 minutes) and old fort above (8 minutes). All the magic of Mediterranean seaside is literally on your doorstep. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people. It has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and additional sofa beds, and 1 twin bedded bedroom. one bathroom with a shower cubicle, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Studio Apartment VECI is a modern, comfortable and well-equipped apartment of 23 square meters. Ideal for two persons with everything you need. Located in a quiet location, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. There is a free parking space next to the apartment. On the way to the beach are a few restaurants, pharmacy, ambulance and market. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

The 68 m2 apartment is located in the old medieval village of Mošćenice. Sleeps 6. It offers views of Kvarner Bay and the fishing village of Mošćenička Draga. The village is very quiet and peaceful. The beautiful pebble beach is accessible by stairs through the forest.

Design apartment Moscenice

The apartment is located on the hill above Moscenicka Drago in the center of the old town of Mošćenice. The house is over 200 years old and is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture. Decorated in traditional style with all the technical equipment.
