Holiday rentals with beach access in Moschato

I wish we had found this place as soon as we arrived in Greece—it was a hidden gem! We stayed for five days, and everything in the apartment was clearly marked and easy to find. It was perfect for our last-minute stay after a previous reservation fell short of expectations. This one far exceeded them. The apartment is spacious and well-located, just a short walk from the water, supermarkets, restaurants, and convenient transit options—including a direct train to the airport. Highly recommend!

Έμεινα 2 βράδια με μια φίλη μου! Ωραίο σπίτι, πολύ καθαρό και μοσχομύριζε! Η κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη με ότι χρειάζεσαι, στο ψυγείο υπηρχαν και μπουκαλάκια νερά εμφιαλωμένα, όμορφη άυλη για να χαλαρώσεις! Ήσυχη γειτονιά, αρκετά κοντά βρίσκεται το Αthens Metro Mall, το μετρό του Αγίου Δημητρίου, στάσεις λεωφορείων και η λεωφόρος βουλιαγμένης! Για την κυρία Κατερίνα δεν υπάρχουν λόγια, πέρα απο το ενδιαφέρον της, ήταν διαθέσιμη οπότε την χρειαστήκαμε! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

C’était incroyable mais c’est très bruyant, assurez-vous d’avoir des bouchons d’oreilles pour dormir !

The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the sea, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was perfect — they were always kind, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything for a comfortable stay. J’ai adoré cette petite maison sur le toit. La vue est superbe et le coin très tranquille. J’ai pu aller au port des traversiers à pieds(15 minutes), ainsi que prendre facilement le métro en 20 minutes (et marche de 15 minutes pour se rendre au métro le plus près, mais la marche le long du port de plaisance est très agréable! ) pour être au centre des lieux touristiques d’Athènes. Il y a une excellente pâtisserie « Attika » , à 2 coins de rue, qui nous rend la vie agréable. Ouverte 24h/24, vous y trouverez pâtisseries fraîches, sandwichs et yogourts aux fruits . Un excellent endroit pour un en cas lorsqu’on revient tard à l’appartement. Je recommande cet appartement. Je recommande l’endroit !

Πολύ όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα, οι οικοδεσπότες μας έδωσαν όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες και οδηγίες για να βρούμε πολύ εύκολα το σπίτι. Η επικοινωνία μαζί τους ήταν άψογη, άμεση και φιλική!

beautiful home in a convenient location at the port very clean and very nice hosts. coffee shop with pastries within 3 minuite walk. street parking was convenient and easy to find a spot. the view from the balcony was great as well. nicely done guesthouse.

George's Garden House is perfectly located - 2 minutes from bus stop and 5 minutes from the beach. The house itself is perfect for 2 people (great AC). Just few improvements needed in the shower. George promptly responded to all our requests and was a great host. We would book with George again.

This apartment is a hidden gem in Athens. Spacious, new, clean and fantastic easy location to local restaurants (better food and pricing than more touristy places around Plaka) and walking distance to Acropolis/surrounding areas. Had all supplies and amenities needed. Although main entrance on a central road, apartment itself facing a quaint side street so no hindrance from traffic or other noise. Will definitely stay here again when next in Athens.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, geräumig und absolut sauber – wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und geschmackvoll, und auch die Lage war für unseren Aufenthalt ideal. Allerdings sollte in der Beschreibung deutlicher gemacht werden, dass die Schlafzimmer unterschiedlich groß sind. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist deutlich kleiner und hat keinen direkten Zugang zu einem eigenen Bad, was bei einer Belegung mit zwei Paaren zu einer eher unfairen Aufteilung führt.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

This was a beautiful place to stay! The area around feels safe and welcoming, and the hosts were absolutely amazing. They helped us with transportation within the city in the midst of a taxi strike, and gave great recommendations to places along with instructions. The place is very clean and comfy, we felt very at home and rested. We would love to visit them in Glyfada again!

We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

όμορφο σπίτι, πεντακάθαρο ότι πρέπει για ένα ζευγάρι που θέλει να μείνει στη καρδιά το π. Φαλήρου κοντά στη μαρίνα Φλοίσβου . το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα από ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και οικιακό εξοπλισμό πολύ καλή επιλογή.

Central location, spacious apartment and host very accommodating and responsive. Great to have a washing machine. The baked cookies and fresh fruit a bonus!

INCROYABLE ! Ce logement est tout simplement incroyable. Je n'ai jamais eu ça dans les nombreux Airbnb ou je suis allée. Pleins d attentions à notre arrivée et une communication avec Dionysis parfaite. Un balcon très bien aménagé où il est agréable de s y poser et un emplacement dans un quartier très mignon et proche de la mer. Je recommande ce logement x1000.

Hui's house is in a very good area, just like in the pictures, a clean and functional apartment. Walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. Easy access to the airport. Hui is a good host who communicates well, is understanding and helpful in every way. I would be happy to stay at the same place again on my next visit to Athens. Thanks , Hui :)

It was exactly what we were looking for in this area. If you find this place available, don't hesitate to book it. We would have stayed longer but it wasn't available for more days.

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός είχε ο,τι μπορούσε κάποιος να χρειαστεί για μια άνετη διαμονή, θέρμανση, άνετος χώρος, ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ κατατοπιστικός με όλες τις λεπτομέρειες για τη διαμονή και τον χώρο. Σίγουρα θα είναι ξανά στις επιλογές μας!

Η επικοινωνία με τον Γιώργο και την μητέρα του ήταν εξαιρετική πριν ακόμα φτάσουμε στο κατάλυμα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ περιποιημένο με πολλές παροχές και έξτρα. Δεν χρειστήκαμε κάτι που δεν υπήρχε. Η γειτονιά ήταν ασφαλής και πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό του μετρό της Ηλιούπολης. Ήμασταν μόνο δύο άτομα και η διαμονή μας ήταν μόνο για δύο μέρες, αλλά εκτιμούμε ότι και για περισσότερες μέρες και άτομα η διαμονή θα είναι άνετη και απροβλημάτιστη. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

This was our best Airbnb experience so far, with an incredibly kind host. We truly felt like our best friend had lent us their own thoughtfully designed and furnished apartment for a few nights. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials and some lovely extras as well. The host was unbelievably helpful and kind. Thank you — we’d be very happy to return!
