NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

We had a wonderful week in the field box of the Thaler family. You just have your absolute peace and privacy. We were able to park our car right in front of the property. The terrace invites you to linger. The field box is also super nicely decorated and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We will be happy to come back. :)

Great chalet, very well equipped in a great location if you are looking for tranquility and want to relax. Arrival by car is recommended, as the chalet, as described, is secluded on the edge of the forest. Communication with Ms. Dascher was excellent and warm. Always happy to come back!

Dear Agnes and Andreas, What a fantastic holiday we had in your cottage! From the first moment we felt completely welcome. The cottage was equipped with every comfort,neat,cozy and decorated with attention to detail. But what made it really special was the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Really an oasis of peace, ideal to completely come to yourself and enjoy nature. We enjoyed being outside, the walks, the birds singing in the morning and the silence in the evening. Agnes and Andreas, thank you so much for your hospitality and the nice atmosphere you have created. This is a vacation not to forget soon and certainly worth repeating! The accommodation was exceptionally clean and furnished with great attention to detail, you felt comfortable from the first moment. It was very nice, everything fit perfectly, from the furnishings to the atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the small, loving details that made the stay special. The host was super helpful and approachable at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this accommodation, it is definitely worth a trip and I will gladly come back.
