L’alloggio indipendente si trova nella cascina ristrutturata annessa a una villa padronale del 1882. Si compone di un ampio locale di circa 50 mq in cui trovano spazio un letto matrimoniale e due divani letto (una piazza e una piazza e mezza), uno spazio dedicato al lavoro da casa e un tavolo da pranzo; di una cucina, un bagno e una zona spogliatoio dotata di doccia. Close to the towns of Valtournenche and Cervinia (about 3 km) but still isolated from the chaos, it is the ideal place to relax, observe enchanting views, listen to the silence of the mountain, play sports and take fantastic walks starting right from the house!

Our renovated studio is centrally located, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zermatt train station. Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a bathtub, a cozy sitting area and a 1.80 m bed. A TV with Apple TV box and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a lockable ski storage room.
