Monthly Rentals in Motu Vavaratea

We couldn't have been happier about our stay in the Motu bungalow. It was private, shaded, quiet, at the edge of a stunning lagoon, complete with adorable dog who kept us company. The house and outdoor seating area were perfect for a couple, and after exploring the island our first day, we just settled in to enjoy this special place. The lagoon has some of the calmest and clearest snorkeling waters anywhere; the ocean side offered an endless deserted beach for walks. Samantha and her family were excellent communicators, and always available to assist with any requests. We were fascinated by the intricacies of vanilla propagation and tiara flower picking that she explained as we toured their farm. Would love to return!

Guillaume and Purotu made sure that I felt right at home from the very first moment. I made a booking at short notice (2 hours before arrival). No problem for them, they have been flexible enough to arrange my check-in anyways. The location is rather remote. But that’s clearly what to expect. Just make sure it matches your expectations. Therefore you can enjoy peaceful calmness here and slow down surrounded by beautiful nature. I hope I can stay with them again someday.

We spent 3 great nights at Anaïs and Lino's. We interacted with Anaïs who is a lovely and very warm person. His hospitality is just amazing. She welcomed us with flower necklaces and the same for the departure with shell necklaces in addition. The accommodation is very good, comfortable and there is room to park. We highly recommend trying the dishes offered by Anaïs for dinner. An excellent cook, she prepares them with products from her garden and fish caught by her husband. This is a treat! These are Polynesian dishes that she brings directly to the accommodation. In addition to the incredible local flavors, it is a beautiful discovery of the culture and also a real time saver after a day of walking. Possibility to pay for meals in cash or by card. We will come back with great pleasure, especially to test the fishing activity with Lino, which looks great! Thanks again! Nicolas and Emma

Nice place on a Moto to relax and unwind. Take the Kayak around the lagoon or simply go swimming and relax in the sun. All the basics are there for cooking and Candy is quick to respond should you need anything. We even got a few coconuts from their farm. During mid day until 5pm there are other boats in the water in front of the house that play music so if you want a quiet environment best to book the house at the other side of the Motu.
