Nice renovated 2-3 room apartment in the heart of the village of Sospel. Located in a quiet little square. Equipped for 1 to 6 people. Ideally located 30 minutes from Monaco and Menton, the beaches and the sea and 45 minutes from Nice and Nice Côte d'Azur airport. At the gates of the Mercantour National Park, where you can enjoy beautiful hiking and horseback riding. The train station is located 450 m from the apartment and allows you to reach both Nice and the surrounding villages.

The accommodation is renovated (May 2020). It consists of a kitchen area open to the living room, which opens onto a charming balcony.
