Located in beautiful Maitland Canyon with seasonal Falsebottom Creek right off the private back deck featuring a BBQ and outdoor table. We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. Amazing Creekside property thats simple and efficient. Centrally located within the Black Hills. Located west of Rapid City approximately 10 miles and approx. 30minutes to Lead, Deadwood, Hill City, Custer, & Mt Rushmore. The sound of the water in the creek, while going to sleep is paradise. Sip on coffee in the mornings on the deck. Wade in the creek while trout fishing. Cross the bridge and venture into the 3 acres that give access to the Black Hills National Forest and multiple trails.
