Arrive and park in a oversized two car garage. The back yard is private with firepit, gas grill, deck and seating. The main level hosts the living room with large flat screen tv and surround sound, laundry, kitchen with dining table, bedroom with queen size bed and walk in closet and full bath. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with king bed, seating, tv, and master bath. There is a walk out patio that leads to the lower deck in the backyard. great location walking distance to canyon lake.

Three miles from Custer and three miles from Custer State Park. .6 miles of gravel. Quiet and very clean. A garage, large lawn and 5 acres. Private. Fire pit for night time relaxation. Let the kids run and play and then go see the sights. Vacationers are responsible to get their own wood. Lawn chairs are available. The house has modern furnishings and full kitchen. There is not a dishwasher, but there is a washer, dryer combination. There are two seperate Tv viewing areas if desired.
