Monthly Rentals in Mount Wellington

This property was all the "C"s - clean, conveniently located, comfortable and cosy. It was situated in a safe gated compound with well maintained pool, gym and tennis court at the foot of Mount Wellington a great local beauty spot from the top of which are sweeping views of all of Auckland. It is a short bus ride/reasonable walk from the excellent Sylvia Park shopping mall and the railway/bus station almost opposite provides quick uncomplicated access to the city's transport network - 15 mins from the CBD.

The place was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed — but what really made it special were the hosts. They were absolute sweethearts — so kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. You can really tell they care about their guests. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Highly, highly recommend!

Nice and clean, lots of attention to details- everything is clearly labelled or described so it’s easy to be there . Everything you need is there . I would come again. Walking distance to supermarket and off street parking is great to have .

I spent a lovely week in this spacious, quiet and cozy apartment with a relaxing garden. Nice location, 15 min walk to shops and restaurants, 20 mins walk to train station. David & Jacqui very helpful, quick answer.
