Apartment in Hautecour

The property is located in the quiet village of Hautecour, 10 minutes from Moutiers on the sunny side. The major ski resorts of Tarentaise will be accessible by car (30 to 45 min) Valmorel, Courchevel, Méribel, Les Menuires, 3 Vallées, La Plagne. The thermal spas of Brides-les-Bains and La Léchère are located within 20 minutes by car. A 5-minute drive away, you will find a body of water with various free activities (Pétanque, Tennis, Volleyball, Soccer, Children's Games) and a restaurant.

Located in the city center, close to shops, this large studio of 32 m2 , very well exposed, is in a charming building, on the 2nd floor. 2 balconies with views of the city or the mountain. Comfortable and very modern, it is equipped with all the necessary appliances. A queen bed in 160 x 200 completes the place with a sitting area. A large shower room with a washing machine completes this space. The historic center of Moutiers is located 100m away, the train station 200m away.

Very nice apartment, good location in the heart of the old town of Moûtiers. Nice location, on the edge of the docks. Ideal for discovering the surrounding ski resorts (Méribel, La Plagne, Courchevel) but also for your thermal treatments in La Léchère and Brides-les-Bains. 65 m² apartment on the first floor of a house with living room / very well equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 90 + 1 pull-out bed, 2 beds of 140 + sofa bed + baby bed), 2 bathrooms, washing machine, dryer.

The bright studio is located in a typical and quiet area of the village of Champagny. Shops, bars, restaurants, as well as the departures of the ski lifts for Champagny / La Plagne / Paradiski, 10 min walk, and the possibility of a free shuttle. Swimming pool, relaxation/wellness area, play area 5min walk away. Nordic area and Champagny le Haut toboggan run accessible by free shuttle. Facing south, and southwest, with views of the mountains, you have access to parking.

Bon canapé lit de qualité avec un vrai lit une fois ouvert Au 1 étage d'une résidence calme et centrale (tout près de la cathédrale et à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Moutiers Salins). Une belle hauteur sous plafond qui donne du cachet à l'appartement. Un balcon avec une jolie vue Attention le ménage est en supplément sur demande (25 euros). Very nice quiet 2-room apartment, historic center.

2 room apartment of 36 m2, recently renovated. It is located in a small, quiet 2-storey building. It is on the second floor without an elevator. It has a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, a fitted kitchen (microwave, electric hob...), a sofa bed in the living room and a separate bedroom with a large double bed of 160x200 cm and comfort mattress. Plenty of storage (large closet in the bedroom), and fiber optic Wi-Fi. ATTENTION: NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.
