The house is located in the village of Moviken at Lake Norra Dellen. It is about 6 km to the nearest store and pizzeria, 5 km to camping with long sandy beach and activities such as playground for children and mini golf. 10 minutes walk to Moviken harbor. In the surroundings there are plenty of sights such as village farms and viewpoints (Avholmsberget e.g.), many nice fishing waters, dressage (Delsbo), flea markets and many other things.

The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
