Comfortable studio on the ground floor of a nice chalet, ideally located, close to the center of Sallanches ( 10 minutes walk, 3 minutes by bike), in a small quiet subdivision, at the end of a dead end. The lake of Passy is 10 minutes by bike, the first ski resort 20 minutes by car (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes. The studio has a small kitchenette equipped but summary, a separate entrance, a desk for work and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc and the Needle of Warens!

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Large terrace equipped with breathtaking aerial view of Combloux les Aravis and Les Fiz, only 1.5 km from the Princess of Megève cable car (Evasion Mont Blanc area), start of many walks (snowshoe loan). Pretty mezzanine studio of about 40 m2 located in a fully renovated mountain farm at 1200 m altitude in the heart of nature. The house is nestled at the end of a path, with no close neighbors and at the start of beautiful hikes as well as close to the ski slopes (700 m). You will have a fully equipped home with bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room, dining room with a comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine bedroom with large double bed and private outdoor terrace.
