Nino's appartment is spacious, airy,exctremely comfortable and beautifully designed.There are two balconies,one facing the tranquil back garden,which has beautiful tall trees and where you can sit and listen to birds singing and enjoy the sun,and another facing the picturesque old Tbilisi street.The beds are very comfortable,everything was sparkling clean,the kitchen is equipped perfectly for cooking any meals.Nino and her husband were so helpful right from the start,helping us with our heavy suitcases and welcoming us with amazing Georgian wine and treats.The area is the heart of old Tbilisi and right in the center of town.Nearby are all kinds of shops and restaurants,and the famous Tbilisi funicular is 10 min walk from the flat.Very comfortable location if you are new to Tbilisi and perfect spot to explore from.We are very grateful to our fantastic hosts for welcoming us and letting us stay in that beautiful flat.

Great apartment directly overlooking old town and the city center. Eka even let us store our bags before our flights. Great place and great communication. Highly recommended

We had a pleasant stay. The whole team was very kind and available, and we really enjoyed the welcome. Special mention to Nini, who was lovely and very attentive throughout our stay. The location is ideal, right in the city center, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

This is a great spot to stay in Tbilisi! It's a studio with all you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen, although pretty small, was very functional! It has a washing machine too, and a rack to dry clothes. It also has a little table that can be used as desk. The place was very clean, and they changed the sheets once during our 10-day stay. I think the only down side is that even though there is a window, it's not very functional to open it for lack of privacy, but not a big deal for shorter stays. Also, the bathroom stays a little wet after showering, but it helps if you keep the dry setting in the AC. We loved the location, it has some great coffee spots nearby, highly recommend Coffee Lars just 10 min walk and Family Kitchen Tar Tun for your daily Kachapuri :) The hosts were very nice and responsive, and Tbilisi was such a fun place to visit! I would definitely stay again in this studio if I come back to Georgia!
