We absolutely loved staying at Alessandra’s place during our time in Sardinia. She was a wonderful and proactive host. In particular, her local recommendations were amazing - we enjoyed some of the best meals of our life! The location is hard to beat and we also loved relaxing on the terrace enjoying the sun. We would 100% stay here again.

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

I can’t recommend Clara’s apartment enough! We are already planning our next trip back! From the stunning views on the terrace, to the comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room, to the well-equipped kitchen, to having a washer/dryer, to the easy and free parking, to the convenient location…this place had everything we were longing for. It was a perfect long wknd in Porto Cervo. Clara was awesome and a pleasure to communicate with. :) thank you!!

We definitely recommend this place. Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, amazing view on sea and La Maddalena. The house is very close to center Palau, so you can go for a walk to the restaurant or explore Palau city. A huge advantage is that there is a port close to the place from where you can take a ferry to La Maddalena. We can’t wait to visit Sardinia, Palau again! See you!

Nos gustó mucho el departamento, la cama es muy cómoda y el departamento impecable, la vista es impresionante y realmente vale la pena. Tiene todas las comodidades q necesitas, incluyendo quitasol para ir q la playa algo que nos salvó 🫶🏻 los datos que nos dieron muy buenos, no había muchas escaleras lo q se agradece en Italia después de tanto andar con maleta y estacionamiento al lado de la entrada muy seguro. Queda cerca del puerto lo que es perfecto para los tours, cerca del centro y a 4 min del supermercado en auto. Realmente tuvimos una estadía muy linda y agradable. Volvería de todas formas.

Prachtige locatie. Perfect voor ons met een baby van 5 maanden. Je loopt zo de deur uit en 50 meter verderop sta je op het strand. Goed uitgeruste appartement met kinderstoeltje, babybedje en een plek waar je makkelijk luiers kunt verwisselen. De kamers bleven cool, zelfs zonder airco te gebruiken

Wij zijn drie nachten in het appartement van Sonia gebleven en dit was eigenlijk veel te kort! Een groot, schoon en compleet appartement op loopafstand van zee en overal is aan gedacht. Een complete keuken, twee grote balkons en zelfs speelgoed voor ons zoontje. Geen minpunten te bedenken!

Résidence calme de 2 étages seulement, en retrait de la rue. Parking privatif sécurisé. Logement bien aménagé et dont la déco a été pensée pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Équipement fonctionnel : Clim et wifi de très bonne qualité. Petit balcon mais bien apprécié. Bonne situation géographique : Olbia à seulement 15 min et les plages toutes proches. Accueil fort sympathique à notre arrivée. Merci encore Francesca 😉

Très bon séjour chez Mari. Le logement est très bien situé dans la ville ce qui permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Logement fonctionnel peut être un peu bruyant avec le passage des voitures.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit im Azuro. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Michela war super. Esse alles da, um unseren Aufenthalt zu einem schönen Urlaub werden zu lassen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Ein unglaublich schönes Juwel etwas außerhalb. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Ghislaine ist eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Trotz der Sprachbarriere konnten wir uns via Übersetzungsapp gut abstimmen. Die Außenanlage, der Garten und der Pool sind traumhaft schön. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten von Ghislaine runden das Bild perfekt ab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

If I could give this apartment more than 5 stars I would. The pictures will not do it justice for the balcony view that greets you upon arrival. The location is so stunning, the hosts are very helpful and informative and one of the prettiest places we have ever stayed. The apartment has everything you need and just a few steps from the beach. We can’t wait to return in future! Thankyou! 🩵

We enjoyed our four night stay in CANNIGIONE at Francesca Maria’s unit. While it was centrally located, it was nice to have off the street parking for days when we toured beyond the town. Also nice to have two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The unit is small but it has everything including a washer, good size refrigerator and comfortable bed. I would recommend this place to a couple or a couple with younger children. Thanks for everything Francesca.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, der ist bei Fabiola und Edoardo genau richtig. Zwei wundervolle und herzliche Menschen, die uns das Ankommen so wundervoll und leicht ermöglicht haben… mit guten Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es gibt Kaffee und einen Milchaufschäumer, so dass ein Highlight der Cappuccino auf der Terrasse war, auf der man einen traumhaft schönen Blick über Maddalena bis nach Korsika hat. Der Durchzug vom Schlafzimmer bis ins Wohnzimmer ermöglichen angenehm temperierte Nächte. Wir wollten gar nicht wieder weg und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren 9 Nächte bei Andrea. Was soll man sagen. Es ist Perfekt so wie man es sich wünscht. Sehr einfache Kommunikation, Check In konnten wir schon wesentlich früher machen, da wir schon um 8.00 Uhr gelandet waren und es nur 13 min vom Flughafen entfernt ist. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und toll hergerichtet. Man ist an sehr schönen Stränden innerhalb von 15- 30 min. Man hat alles was man sonst braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag zuhause gefühlt. Einfach perfekt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Bel appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances parfaites, grande terrasse, piscine. Luigi est hyper-reactif et toujours disponible. Emplacement parfait. Nous recommandons fortement!

rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van prachtige strandjes, de haven en diverse restaurants. heerlijk terras waar je privé zit met mooie bloemen en grote woonkamer. In de woonkamer staat ook een opklapbed die prima staat. Verder een grote badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Altijd wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Op loopafstand zit een Despar, nog geen 10 minuten lopen. absoluut een aanrader!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Excellent, le coin est parfait, la vue est parfaite, tout ce qui est inclus avec la chambre est incroyable ( sauna, piscine,spa etc), le lit, la cuisine tout étais parfait. Claudio est un excellent co-hôte, il nous a offert des oeufs frais un matin, il est un bon vivant et nous recommandons ce logement!

L’host è stato super disponibile per tutta la permanenza dando consigli su cosa visitare e come muoverci. La casa molto bella e curata e con tutto il necessario per la vacanza. Il paese non è sul mare ma lo si raggiunge facilmente con 10 minuti di macchina, inoltre è in una posizione che rende facile visitare diverse città spostandosi di poco. In generale super consigliato come alloggio se si vuole fare una vacanza in queste zone
