Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

there were four of us with a dog at the villa! a beautiful house with unheated, very clean pool! the garden is huge and fenced. Perfect for the four-legged friend! private parking with electric courtyard gate! Pure luxury! Very comfortable beds! the apartment was incredibly clean! no dust, nothing! cleaner than most hotels, even some 5 star houses are "dirty" if you want to call it that in this class! But the decor is definitely worth 5 stars. Very new, well-designed & sparkling clean Martina is almost always available and very friendly! She speaks good, understandable English and organizes contactless without her own presence! very pleasant if you don't know exactly when you will arrive! all interesting cities of Istria can be reached in half an hour, there are many supermarkets in 10 minutes by car! we will definitely be back! probably if it's a little warmer so you can get better in the pool too!

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. A convenience store, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Gorgeous flat right in the middle of old town Rovinj, but it was off the main streets so very quiet no matter what time of day. So spacious and tidy, and really felt at home there. Absolutely would stay again.

Great accommodation for three adults. Apartment is very spacious, clean, exactly as described. Location is in old town Porec, central and walking distance to all amenities. Despite the touristy streets apartment is very quiet. Lidija is great host, responsive and explained all important things for us. Free parking available with reservation. Highly recommend!

The house is nicely located on a hill. You can walk along the water to the old town in fifteen minutes. A nice walk that won't get bored. The cottage is very complete and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. Great beds. Mladen is a nice and customer-friendly host. Thanks for the refreshing welcome drink!

Beautiful apartment with garden in the countryside. Recommendation.

We were at the end of May with our dog for a week at this beautiful place. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing holiday! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The accommodation was sparkling clean and tastefully furnished, with everything you need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. The communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back anytime and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

We had a wonderful 9 days with Boban, Vesna and Bonny (sweetest female dog). It met all our requirements and we were on the beach in 5 minutes or in the city in 10 minutes. It is located behind the landlord's house and we had no problem with that. The two landlords were very welcoming and we had great conversations and recommendations. You can always approach the two! The only thing was that sometimes we had to maneuver the car because everyone parks parallel across from each other. But we've had worse

We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I stayed for a weekend, and we really didn’t want to leave. The apartment was sparkling clean, very comfortable, very beautiful taste, peaceful and I can easily see myself having a long-stay visit there. Breakfast in the balcony with garden view was one of my favourite things in the trip. The bed was really comfortable, and great blinds and sound isolation for a peaceful sleep. The location also was good: - Supermarket: 5 mins walk - Beach: 15 mins walk/4 mins by car - Old city: 25 mins walk - GREAT value for money restaurant: couple of minus walk. - Car parking: inside the house garden. As a cherry on top, Sandra was a great host. She was very responsive and helpful. She welcomed us with a big smile and enthusiasm 😊 I would definitely recommend it for a very pleasant stay in Rovinj.

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

A nice large house with private pool and jacuzzi. Great for a large group! Perfectly equipped kitchen and outdoor kitchen. Because of the location of the house, a car is necessary for activities, it is very quiet but also a little away from the beach and the center of the village. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely week in Biba's beautiful house. It has a very special charm, also due to the right decor. Of course, you have to keep in mind that it's an old house, i.e. a few animals here and there, cooler and darker. Unfortunately, we were not quite as lucky with the weather, which is why we could not use the beautiful garden so intensively and spent more time in the house. With baby crawling, the house was not very suitable as the stone floor is simply too cool. The place is very very small, there is not much to see, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, just the right thing. The location overall is perfect for things to do in all directions. The kitchen is also very well equipped (much more than usual) so you can cook relaxed. The communication with Biba was very good and also her daughter, who was there for the key drop-off, is very nice.
