Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

12 Minuten oder 9 km vom Bodensee entfernt liegt unser gemütliches Landhaus mit großem Garten am Hang über Stockach-Zizenhausen. Die schöne Region Bodensee südlich vor uns und das Donautal nördlich hinter uns - das ist der ideale Ort für Ruhe, Wanderungen und Badeurlaub. Auch wenn es mal regnet, kann man viel unternehmen: Bodenseetherme Überlingen, Burgmuseum Meersburg, Schloss Langenstein mit Fasnachtsmuseum, Sealife und Shopping in Konstanz, Zeppelin- u. Dorniermuseum Friedrichshafen.

The house is newly renovated and stylishly and high-quality furnished based on the model of Swedish country houses. In the perfectly equipped kitchen you can cook and enjoy the food and a glass of wine on the terrace. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." The 60 sqm apartment is located in the attic of our farmhouse with panoramic windows and mountain views surrounded by forests. With nature right outside the door not far from Lake Constance (10 km), we restored the open apartment ourselves with a lot of love & sustainable materials for 3 years.
