Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Souterrain Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Euch erwartet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett, ein modernes Bad und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Bei schönem Wetter könnt ihr draußen auf der Terrasse entspannen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres bewohnten Einfamilienhauses. Wir leben hier als Familie mit Kindern. In nur 5 Minuten seid ihr in der Natur – perfekt für Spaziergänge, auch mit Hund. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Cozy maisonette apartment

Das ca. 28 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

Close to the beautiful Eberstadt meadow orchards and only a few minutes' walk from the tram towards Darmstadt City Center. What more could you want if you love nature and appreciate the city's shopping facilities and cultural offerings at the same time? The attractive, high-quality equipped 2-room apartment with approx. 55 sqm plus terrace is located in a new building and was only completed at the end of 2023. The small apartment is ideal for 2-3 people or a family with two smaller children.

Fully equipped 2 room studio in quiet, natural location 12 min from Darmstadt. The newly created studio is part of a 1-family house with separate entrance, kitchen and complete bathroom. One parking space available. Major supermarkets, Post O, pharmacy and restaurants in walking distance. Bus lines NE, N and O 6 min walking distance, as is train station with direct connection to FRA and DA north station near Merck. Highways A5/A67 are 5.5 km and FRA Int Airport a 30 minute drive away.

Nice friendly appartment in Ober Ramstadt

Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

Casa Wilhelm

This quiet and centrally located apartment has its own entrance/hallway, two rooms and a private bathroom. There is a double bed, kitchenette, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. A hotspot guarantees good internet. Parking is on the premises. It is only 200 m to the tram (19 min -> Darmstadt) and in 15 min you are at the train station by bus. Supermarkets, gas station and restaurants are around the corner. The garden can also be used. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Our two-story 60-square-meter oasis with a sunny west roof terrace welcomes you. It is centrally located to the A5, Frankfurt (airport), Darmstadt or Heidelberg. You will also find many cycling and hiking routes right outside the front door. The large fully equipped living-dining kitchen invites you to a cozy get-together. The sofa bed offers another retreat. 
Upstairs is the bright living bedroom with roof terrace, desk and double bed.
