With its location and equipment, the cottage is suitable for both groups of friends and families with children, especially for fans of hiking and cycling - hiking, mushroom picking or fishing. There is a lockable room at the cottage for storing bicycles, skis, etc. The garden is partially fenced, there is a playground, fireplace and table tennis table and trampoline.

The house in Karlstift is at the end of a dead end road, right on the edge of the forest. On the upper floor you enter the spacious living room, equipped with a traditional tiled stove, a bedroom with a large double bed, as well as the kitchen and a bathroom plus toilet. If you go down one floor, you will come across two more bedrooms, as well as a second bathroom also with a toilet. The Karlstift house also has a garage space and a nice terrace with adjoining garden.

Im Winter ist es nicht weit zum Schifahren oder zu den Langlaufloipen.
