Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.

Private parking is available directly in front of the house and of course free internet/WiFi is offered. Your bikes can be parked in the garage.

Tiny House Hygge In our lovingly furnished tiny house, you will find everything you need to live on 18 m². It is equipped with a small but very fine bathroom with natural stone, a cozy kitchen with dining table and the bedroom, clad with Swiss pine wood, ensures a restful sleep. The accompanying terrace is the ideal place to enjoy your coffee in the morning or to read a book while relaxing on the lounger.

Lakeside house

Our cozy apartment is located on the upper floor and has a free parking space. Bicycles brought along can be parked in a separate basement room and charged if necessary. The garden with its covered pavilion invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings and sunbathing. Even small families will find enough space with us. By arrangement, a crib can also be provided. Pets are welcome for a small fee.
