The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic center of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and complete with shower and bidet. The apartment faces west and north, with a north-facing balcony. There is no air-conditioning. BrixenCard is included.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

It is a starting point for many beautiful mountain tours, no matter in which direction and whether on foot or by mountain bike! The Dolomites are close! Apartment is our second home, fully equipped with a kitchen and all accessories. The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the building! This allows you to drive directly to the entrance, although the apartment is on the third floor!

Suitable for large families, the 130 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 fully-equipped kitchens with dishwashers, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Privacy is ensured by a connecting door that can be opened or closed as desired.
