A delightful cottage just off the seafront.

The cottage is just off the seafront with one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and another large bedroom with two single beds. The fully fitted kitchen had a dining table with 4 chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The living room seats 5 and has a smart tv, a Bluetooth speaker and a wood burner. The pricing reflects that there is no direct parking. Swansea Council website contains detailed parking info.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The cottage has been fully refurbished. It offers a combination of contemporary and old in a minimalistic manner. Full use of all the facilities within the cottage. They include a 40 inch smart TV in the lounge, TV in the kitchen, TVs in 2 / 3 bedrooms. (King and Double) The single rear bedroom leads out to a decking area. Fully equipped kitchen. For anyone who has stayed in Mumbles they will be aware of parking issues - this is not a problem here as there is a private off road parking area.
