Mehrere schöne, warme Badeseen liegen zwischen 2km und 7km entfernt. Das Ibm Moor ist ca. 5km entfernt. Das Loft verfügt über eine Küche mit Induktionsfeld, E-Herd sowie Kühlschrank. WC und Dusche sind exklusiv. Die Sauna kann gegen Nutzungsgebühr exklusiv gemietet werden.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The apartment is accessible via an external staircase. There are up to 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 separate Toilet. Parking is right in front of the house Towels, linens and a hairdryer are provided. In the house is a small shop with Greek products.

The property is ideal for travelers and families, and is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Salzkammergut, Bavaria or the Alps for cycling and hiking. The apartment is located in the 2nd floor (no elevator). Free parking is available on the property.

Start your excursions by bike or car from our blue vacation cottage to the cozy Innviertel with its beautiful gardens, monasteries, markets, explore the Drei-Seengebiet or visit the cultural city of Salzburg, which you can reach in half an hour by car. When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.
