The basement apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is very lovingly decorated and fully furnished. The living area is very spacious and offers enough space. The small kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the train station and town center (about 12 minutes). The recognized resort of Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is also called “the pearl of the Baumberge” due to its location in the Baumberge.

The apartment is located in the annex on the 2nd floor with separate entrance and large balcony overlooking the large garden and our horse meadow. Welcome to the housekeeping apartment (basement ) of the former rectory . The apartment is quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes you are walking in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.
