Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Our barn offers on two levels (125 m2) a large living and cooking area, a comfy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest lavatory. Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.

We offer an apartment on our small farm. The apartment has about 32 square meters, a small kitchen (without stovetop) and a shower room…...it is completely on its own, with seating outside. Bus and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity and the city center is about 20 minutes by bike. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

Beautifully integrated into a half-timbered ensemble, our Hüsken offers direct access to its own garden with seating area, fireplace, barbecue facilities, parking space and covered accommodation for bicycles. A wallbox with 11kW is available on the property at cost price.
