Kitchens are fully equipped. The kitchen is separated from the living and sleeping area by a glass sliding element. The bathroom has a skylight window with a rain sensor. The quiet south-facing balcony (upper floor) with a generous view of the green courtyard invites you to linger. A parking space in the underground garage is free of charge.

The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!
