Bienvenue à "l'Ile des Pins", petit T1 en duplex au Mont-Dore ! Situé au 2eme et dernier étage d'une maison typique du Sancy, cet appartement classé ⭐⭐ comprend un séjour/cuisine, et à l'étage, sous les toits, une salle de bains et une chambre traversante mansardée offrant de belles vues sur le village et les montagnes. Ambiance cocooning garantie ! Le logement dispose de 4 couchages dans la même chambre, mais il est davantage recommandé pour 2/3 personnes en raison de sa superficie.

Air-conditioned bedroom upstairs, with hammam shower (steam bath), Emperor bed (2x2 m) in a renovated old hotel, private TV lounge, in the center of the desertified village of Rochefort-Montagne. Bedroom: 2 x 2 m mattress on slatted frame, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and small refrigerator. Linens/duvets/towels provided, Wifi on each floor, Large kitchen on the ground floor, living room, Android TV.

Located on the 1st floor of a beautiful building facing Parc Fenestre, this studio is ideally located: next to the Grands Thermes and all amenities (shops, restaurants, casino...). It will facilitate your stay in La Bourboule, either for a cure or for a vacation in the great outdoors. Newly renovated, it has been designed with maximum equipment to stay as at home: washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove, Wi-Fi, TV, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower, sofa bed (140 x 190).

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The SUPER-MURAT residence is located 1200 m surrounded by nature in a nice green setting, very quiet. From the balcony of your duplex you will have a view of the SANCY mountain range. You will be close to a body of water and the starting point for many hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Guests can also enjoy the water park, thermal baths and shops of LA BOURBOULE. The MONT DORE alpine ski resort is 15 minutes away.

Towels, sheets, and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.
