Stunning home, and quick access to nearby towns and beaches. Silvia went above and beyond with hosting us. We will be returning one day, hopefully soon!!!

We had a great holiday staying here. Being so close to a lovely beach was ideal with our two young children. There is a nice bakery and a few good restaurants within walking distance which was fantastic. The neighbourhood was also very peaceful. Daniela was very responsive and her mother met us on arrival which was lovely. We felt the top bunk bed wasn't suitable for use as it has no sides around it but otherwise the house met our needs well.

We had a perfect stay! The house is perfect! Quiet, clean, very well equipped! The views are great. The roof terrace is perfect for spending evenings. Cecilia is a very responsive host, always there when needed and provided us with beautiful addresses. Note that this accommodation is perfectly suitable for a family with a baby We will come again Thank you for everything

Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

Beautiful location on the hills behind the Costa Rossa. Our son loved playing in the garden, and dinner on the shady terrace at sunset was a treat. Birdsong, otherwise hardly any sounds. Great beaches in the vicinity. Martina was very welcoming. With Google Translate, the translation into German was also done. We highly recommend the place.

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

The host is warm and hospitable, the location of the B&B is close to the beach, and there are supermarkets and good restaurants nearby, which is very cost-effective!

++ Very helpful host, very quick to respond ++ had forgotten something in the apartment, within a few minutes the return action was initiated by the host +/- No Wi-Fi in the house, curse and blessings at the same time (must be aware of it) + beautiful apartment, well furnished (with washing machine/coffee maker...) ++ top view of the sea, very relaxing + beautiful large pool ++ Very well maintained area and quiet + nearby villages can be reached quickly + large terrace with table/chairs - No direct access to the beach (car necessary) - certain installations (shower doors, connecting door to the terrace, lamps are very hot > recommended LED, ringing) need a refresh - Ceiling height on the upper floor/staircase partly deep, hit several times your head (1m85)

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Great apartment and surroundings.

The Host Elena, Bruno and Ali are wonderful people. The Accommodation is clean and well maintained. Wild Peacocks and Turtles live in the garden. It’s an oasis of calmness and peace with a nice large pool perfectly fitted into the natural environment. Overall it’s a very warm and familiar experience and located well in regards of short ways to the airport, calm beaches, nice restaurants and shopping facilities. A very special moment was when our hosts showed up in the morning on our terrace to sing a birthday song for our 2 little daughters. What a nice and lovely gesture. For sure we will come back.

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment has a top location with a great view and a very short walk to the beach. The apartment is very well equipped, even in the kitchen it has everything you need and also in large numbers. The roof terrace has a great view and offers plenty of space. We spent a lot of time there. The community pool is also beautifully landscaped and was often used by us.

It was perfect all around. The communication with Gavino was nice, informative and you could rely on everything. We were picked up at a parking lot nearby to get to this magical place. The place was as on the pictures and as described but even nicer. Those who enjoy the tranquility and want to forget the hustle and bustle of the world are absolutely in good hands here. The loving decor makes you feel very, very comfortable from the first second. We can't thank Gavino enough for making it possible for us this week.

Marco was terrific! The lodgings are upstairs from his parent's residence and very unique in a positive way. We had an issue with the washing machine and Marco took care of it while we were at a beach. He was very flexible regarding check out and really wanted us to experience the wonderful surroundings.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! It is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The garden with terrace was particularly beautiful – ideal for relaxing. Communication with the landlord was always straightforward and very pleasant. We were particularly pleased with the helpful tips on restaurants and excursions in the area. Overall a great place to stay that we would be happy to recommend!

Very nice quiet cottage in the countryside. Very nice for our little dog without any worries in contact with other animals. The house is spacious and comfortable, atypical and tastefully decorated. Very nice welcome also to show us the way and make us discover the house. We'll be happy to go back.

The view and home photos are accurate. It is decorated so cute and has an incredible view. The porch is a magical place to sit. If those are your two priorities you will be very pleased with this rental. The owners are helpful and respond to any messages quickly. There are some things to consider to make sure this rental is for you. First it is up a narrow road that climbs a bit and parking the car you must be confident to get it turned around on a tight road to enter the parking spot. Eleonara is wonderful and met us there our first time to show us where to park and explain everything. The kitchen does not have a microwave or dishwasher. We made a lot of food on the gas stove and hand washed dishes. There is a convection oven on the counter but it was faster to use a frying pan for us. As can be customary in Italy there is a washer but no clothes dryer so be prepared to dry your clothes outside on the line or bring enough clothes for your stay. All in all a wonderful week!

We would definitely recommend Silvia’s place - it is brilliantly located, with only a short walk to the town in one direction and the most beautiful beach in the other direction. Silvia is super friendly and helpful, assisting with check in/out and really responsive to any queries. Thank you!

Beautiful beach apartment with independent access and an incredible view. Very close to Porto Rotondo and with a covered garage included right in front of the apartment's entrance. It was a plus that it had many amenities to go to the beach, such as beach chairs, umbrella, mat and cooler. Marina was always very kind and attentive to our needs and inquiries. Highly recommended!!!!
