Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

The refuge is located next to the pedestrian zone Altona-Altstadt between a restaurant and a SHISHA BAR!!! They're sometimes loud! The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, the city center is 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Die Lage ist perfekt - superruhig - in 3 Minuten an der Elbe und in 5 Minuten mitten drin im lebendigen Ortskern von Ottensen. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt!
