The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

Our quietly located 40 m² non-smoking apartment is located at the back of our house with a small garden and seating for our guests.
