Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Quietly located, you can reach the city center and shopping in 5 minutes. 300 meters away, the Val Blu resort (wellness/gym) beckons. Ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes, Lake Constance in 35 minutes. The Dornbirn Exhibition Park is 25 minutes away, and the Brandnertal Bike Park is only 15 minutes away. Enjoy the view of the mountains and valley from the sunny side of the mountain. Hiking trails are within walking distance, and in winter the journey is also easy without winter equipment.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Very nice place, complete with all the basics you need. Clean, cool location in the old city centre. The only disadvantage is the toilet that is located behind the bathroom. Otherwise a very good location and host! Highly recommend!

Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

Aurelia’s place is absolutely wonderful and she has been an amazing host. Great communication from the start, went above and beyond for our family to make sure they feel comfortable in her place, and provided lots of recommendations for local walks. Location is great, with different ski resorts only a short drive away. Aurelia and her family made an effort to visit during our stay to meet us and make sure we have everything we need. The house has everything you need, from well equipped kitchen, to very comfortable beds. The sauna is a great bonus, and was very much appreciated! We would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in the area. Thank you so much Aurelia for being a wonderful host, we look forward to visiting again!

We thank our host for his great kindness and hospitality! Everything was great: clean accommodation, fully equipped, located next to the Bürs Gorge! In short, an ideal location for beautiful hikes! There are also great restaurants with very generous portions a few minutes' walk from the accommodation. We will keep beautiful memories of this stay filled with magnificent green and mountainous landscapes! Thank you again!:)

The view was absolutely stunning and way beyond our expectations. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and soaking in the beauty after a day of hiking. Once Lothar dropped us off with our luggage, we didn’t bother to take the chairlift down because we had stunning hikes right from our doorstep. Lothar was very helpful and communicative. We wouldn’t stay in the Bludenz area any other way!

Small warm apartment, very centrally located. The apartment offers everything you need. 😊 Super nice host. Everything very clearly communicated and accommodating. We were able to get in earlier so we could leave our luggage and continue skiing. In addition, the three of us (2 adults and 6-year-old child) could easily stay there. Absolutely fabulous stay at Fabian’s house — truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this home was created with immense passion, care, and a keen eye for detail. Every corner of the house exudes comfort and style, blending Swiss charm with modern luxury. It’s spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and fully equipped with everything one could possibly need for a perfect stay. The view? Simply breathtaking. Waking up each morning to the majestic mountains of the Swiss Alps right outside the window was like living in a postcard. The location is serene, yet conveniently located for exploring the surrounding areas, hiking, or just soaking in the peaceful alpine vibe. Fabian was an incredible host, and we were lucky to also meet his wonderful parents and friend — all of whom went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their warmth, helpfulness, and local insights truly elevated our stay.
