Apartment holiday rentals in Myrthios

This was one of the nicest AirBnB apartments I have rented. What was responsive to questions prior to the trip, arranging taxi service from the airport. Even though our flight was two hours late and we didn't arrive until 10 pm she was there to greet us and show us the apartment. Her restaurant recommendations were outstanding. Finally, the location on the outskirts of Old Town Rethymno could not have been better. I enthusiastically recommend this place!

Truly a great apartment! Fully matched the listing. It is sparkling clean and everything has been thought of: tea, coffee, washing machine, you name it. It is in a quiet area, but at the bottom of the mountain there is a nice restaurant to enjoy the sunset. We had to mess with the jacuzzi for a while: it went on every hour in the middle of the night, but the host responded very quickly and was able to explain to us how we could solve this. We had a wonderful stay, I would recommend it to everyone.

Very spacious, modern apt with a beautiful balcony. The street noise below made it difficult to sit out and talk there, but the view of the ocean was very nice. Well appointed kitchen. Very clean and neat. Mihalis gave us a great recommendation for dinner nearby that was lovely. We had a nice stay here

We had a short but wonderful stay at Dimitris and Danae’s villa, we were so surprised at how large and open the space is, it’s really a beautiful stay in the heart of the village on the mountains. We visited the Bistro owned by Dimitris next door, which do great coffees, smoothies and food- no wonder it seems so popular. Everything about this stay was perfect from the warm welcome we received to the privacy when relaxing by the pool, we would love to stay again in the future ☺️

Firstly Lena made this stay so comfortable and easy, she went above what she needed to and it was so helpful as we were checking in at 1am. The directions were easy and the old town felt super safe to navigate through Secondly the accommodation, I gasped when I walked in, it was so beautiful. The highest ceilings with exposed brick, beautifully clean with water in the fridge, toast, jam, coffee and tea as well as all the usual amenities. Side note - insanely great double glazing to block the noise out! You couldn’t hear anything disturbing (you can hear a bit but nothing extreme, which is crazy as when you open the doors it’s very noisy) Thank you again Lena. For your accommodation as well as the time you took to provide us with instructions, knowing we were arriving so late at night/early in the morning

Maryellen communicated really well before and during the stay. The house is a fantastic location but you need a car or taxi to get to local restaurants and into Chania. Maryellen even booked the taxi for us to Chania. The house is fully equipped with everything. The views are amazing over looking the sea. The outside space is great with magical pool. It’s on a hill so probably not suitable for people who find it difficult with stairs and because the pool is an infinity pool you would need to be careful of children in the pool. The house is private and in a quiet location. We will be going back, one of the best Airbnb we have been to.

We loved our four days in this lovely apartment in Rodovani! Manos met us when we arrived, left us an array of fruit, coffee, tea, bread, and other treats — and was a terrific and cheerful communicator during our stay.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the apartment for 7 nights, we found the apartment perfect for what we had planned for our holiday. The staff were extremely helpful and replied to messages and calls promptly when we needed them. I would recommend this apartment to anyone considering it.

We felt very comfortable here! The location is perfect, by car you can easily get to many great beaches without having to drive extremely far. The room was as described, it was totally clean and was even cleaned once during our stay. The view was totally beautiful and to have breakfast on the balcony just mega! I have to give a small deduction, as the bed is quite small and the apartment is also very clairaudient... you unfortunately hear all the noises from outside and also from the neighbors... Thank goodness we had quiet neighbors, but if families with children live next door, it could be a bit louder. Nevertheless, we were completely satisfied, the host is super friendly and gave us great recommendations! We would come back 🥹🥰

A very nice accommodation with everything you need and a view of the beach☺️

A great place to stay and feel an authenthic greek experience to live in a small village. Nice walks around the village. The house very clean and well equipped. We got very good recomandation of restaurants from the host. I will definetly stay here again. The area has a lot to offer close by beaches places to visit, restaurants.

Niki and Cristos were really lovely and friendly hosts. Fresh flowers, homemade biscuits and cake, wine etc were provided and left in the apartment. The apartment was bright and clean. They treated us as family and really made us feel at home. Surrounded by the most amazing mountains. Beautiful people on beautiful Bali. What more could you ask for? Eif charisto! We fell in love with this apartment and Manos hospitality five years ago and came back 6 times since then. Already booked the next stay before we left. It’s an amazing place created with passion and care. Clean, quiet, beautiful architecture, lovely interior and the most caring host I ever met on Airbnb. This place is IMMACULATE! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is so lovely and the balcony view is stunning! We enjoy sitting in the evenings with a glass of wine and watching the sunset. The location is perfect, it’s 5 min walking distance from the Lion Fountain Square where they have the best bougatsa at Kirkor!!! There is a pay parking right across the street. We are definitely coming back! Hosts are amazing and responsive! We already miss Crete!

Chrysa is a very friendly and helpful host. She answered all our questions very fast. The apartment was very clean and just like in the pictures. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Probably one of the most amazing places you’ll stay anywhere! The attention to detail when the unit was remodeled, and the furnishings and extras added to make your stay comfortable, are incredible. It is located right in the middle of a vibrant area full of outdoor restaurants, music, and shopping. The hosts are extremely responsive, we were late getting in but that was not a problem. During our stay we unfortunately encountered one of the red dust storms that Chania periodically receives, but they came the next day and cleaned the outer areas. We were lucky with the parking the first three nights, but for some reason the fourth night was a challenge however we did eventually find a garage about 15 minutes away. Also, I would not recommend the unit for younger children or someone unsteady on their feet as the stairs in the unit are quite steep especially to the roof, and there is no washing machine though a laundromat is just a few minutes walk. Would absolutely stay again!

Mike was great from the start…we booked last minute and he texted me immediately. He made everything very easy and was extremely friendly when we got there to check in. He showed us everything about the apartment that we needed to know and gave us lots of tips on where to go to eat and to see the best sites. The rooftop space was beautiful and the apartment was very close to everything in the area… We were able to walk to everything! I would definitely recommend staying there… Thank you, Mike!

Great stay, great location, great views. Very close to many bars and restaurants. Not too noisy at night. The only slightly negative aspect was the shower. Basically made the entire floor flooded. Overall, i would recommend the place and would definitely return.

Hidden gem! Loved this home, literally two minute walk to Golden Beach. Katerina is so sweet (she met us in-person, had local restaurant recommendations, and even provided a bottle of wine). The home was perfect for our group of 6 (great value for the money, too). Would 100% come again!

Beautiful place and great host

We loved our stay at the Alice Villa. Location is truly fantastic for shopping and loads of restaurants. We spent quite a bit of time at the villa when the weather wasn’t the greatest and we couldn’t have been happier. Thank you Marianna for the wonderful hospitality and the gifts. Have to mention the people we met in the restaurants and on the streets, soooo friendly. We were very sad to leave. Could’ve stayed a lot Longer. Book it, youll love it. Until next time.
