The ground floor consists of a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and basic kitchen equipment and a dining room with a TV with flow TV or for connecting a laptop for viewing Powerpoint or similar. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) On the 1st floor there is a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) into an open space, and a small TV with the possibility of watching DVDs. Furthermore, there is a small bathroom on the 1st floor. The annex is connected to our own private part of the house and has a door to our utility room.

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and gymnasium. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom in the basement with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There's a little dog at the address, but not in the annex. Relax with the whole family in this serene space. The home is furnished with a country-style kitchen and exposed timberwork indoors. Behind the house, there is a cozy patio with an outdoor glass pavilion where you can sit on cool evenings and enjoy the sunset, or you can cozy up by the fire pit in the garden. We ourselves live in a separate residence at the same address and, of course, will respect your privacy while you are here. NB! The house is currently (summer 2026) being painted on the exterior. Here, too, we are taking you into consideration.

Ground floor: Closet, toilet, shower, and stairs to the 2nd floor. 2nd floor: Large room with kitchen, dining area, table, and a queen-size bed (160 cm) A floor mattress may be provided. Kitchen: Stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, various kitchen utensils, and tableware. 2 duvets with linens and 2 towels. Outside, a small garden furniture set. 300 meters to the beach 500 m to forest Close to Karrebæksminde and Enø, with cafés, a bakery, a grocery store, etc.

Annex for 2-3 guests

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation for both the beach, restaurants and the beautiful city life in Karrebæksminde. The annex is building B and is furnished with a simple kitchen. There are 2 beds on a good sofa bed as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds. Private bathroom and toilet in the Annex. Beautiful area with green areas with football goals and petanque. 10 min walk down through the charming Vesterhave with small houses and then you are at the beach and the cozy center that buzzes with life.

Guest house in Næstved

Guest house in scenic and quiet surroundings with just 5 km from the center of Næstved and 2 km to shopping. It is possible to buy snacks and drinks in the mini bar. The guesthouse is 32 m2, divided into a living room with tea kitchen and dining table, as well as a room with a bed that is 140x200 cm and a bathroom with a shower. In the kitchen there is a mini oven with hot plates, fridge, electric kettle, as well as various dishes and cooking utensils. Private entrance and free parking. There is a private patio with chairs and table.

Stay cozy in the countryside

Cozy accommodation at Flintebjerggaard, a recreational farm 12 km east of Næstved. Come and stay in our old farmhouse, where we have furnished a smaller home with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. From the kitchen/living room, there is access to the loft with a double sofa bed. From the living room, there is a view of the garden and chickens (rooster crowing may occur!), and access to a paved small terrace, which may be used by you - in the summer season, there is garden furniture. The property is open with fields and orchards around.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Super nice and cozy cottage with enclosed garden and view of the water from a lovely wooden terrace with lovely furniture, so you can really relax and just enjoy it. There is also an annex with its own kitchen and bathroom. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to shops, bakeries, ice cream parlors, cafes, fish restaurants, pizzerias and the lovely sandy beach. The house has a wood-burning stove, air-conditioning and good wifi. There is also an orangery where you can sit when the evenings get a little cool.
