Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Nags Head

Beautiful house. Great sleeping areas. Kitchen and Dining room were roomy.

This was our second year at Serene Retreat. It’s just such a wonderful place for young children to enjoy the beach. The fenced in yard is great for their outdoor play. We enjoy cooking in the fabulous kitchen and feasting at the table with a view. Better than any restaurant around! Thank you again.

Was a perfect place to stay for a wholesome Memorial Day girls weekend! We will definitely be coming back here and thank you Jay for helping us figure out the grill :)!

Great house with a huge fenced in backyard. Close to the beaches and nature preserve. Amanda was great.

The house was very clean and ready for guests when we arrived. It was also in a great area and very close to the beach. The host was very quick to respond to every message and gave very good recommendations for things to do and places to go. 10/10 would go again.

Very comfortable place for our party of 6 to stay. We were only there for 2 nights but the house was clean, kitchen well stocked and everything was very comfortable. I could easily see staying for a longer period of time!! (Would love to use the hottub!) Nancy was proactive and very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this rental.

This place was perfect! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as pictured—maybe even better. Check-in was seamless, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, even leaving a few thoughtful extras that made a big difference. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great restaurants and shops nearby. The bed was super comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. We honestly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

We were extremely impressed by the whole process with Airbnb, from the initial selection and introduction to the property, as well as the actual home. It was exactly as described in the information and pictures, only better when we arrived. The AC was on, as well as the lights, which made us feel expected and welcomed. There were special touches on the beds with towels all folded on a breakfast tray, which made us feel that we were staying in an upscale hotel. The decor was absolutely beautiful, and it was so clean, fresh and new. It did feel like a home away from home. We may use some of the decor ideas in our own home, many miles away. Thank you for this experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days in Manteo, NC.

Beautiful place to stay near the beach without needing to be ON the beach. Cozy, relaxing space to unwind after time in the sun. The hot tub is just an added bonus we all enjoyed!

Robert did a great job at communicating the location. We were anywhere between 30-60 min from all the places we wanted to visit in OBX. The residence was clean and quiet. It was a nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of OBX.

House was pristine! Excellent set up for the space. Plenty of room for our party of four. Had all the things you would need for vacation. Hot tub was fabulous close to all the things you could possibly want to do. The kids really appreciated the bikes. This is a split unit, but it feels very private. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!

If you’re looking to get away and unplug and just listen to the sound of the water and relax, this is the perfect place. it’s very remote. The view on the dock and the deck is amazing and surreal. A perfect place for a getaway to recharge. Only suggestion is to do your shopping for the house before you go to the property as it is a little distance from everything. But overall, an amazing place would definitely book again.

Don’t miss out on the fire pit. Something about a fire with your family by the water…it’s truly magical. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed. Kathy is kind and accommodating. I had the best time at the cabin w 7 of my closest girlfriends for my 50th birthday.. there were lots of laughs . The house was cozy and beautifully decorated. The girls that slept upstairs kept raving about how comfortable the beds were. We had a fantastic stay and beach weekend, Taylor recommended a fantastic restaurant we went to for my birthday night as well! I would love to come back again sometime!

Wished we had time to stay longer! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the peace and quiet! The cabin was clean and cozy and we definitely look forward to another stay!
