Gloria was a great host, the place was perfect for our needs. Located in quiet, gated, well maintained area. Beach access, pool, local restaurants were good. Check in was Simple and communication was great. The only thing that wasn’t clear was it was mentioned that a code would allow you to get into the complex if the security guard wasn’t at the booth. But I was never able to get the code to work. It wasn’t a problem as the security guard was in the booth 90% of the time. The only time they weren’t in they were only gone for about 3 minutes doing a grounds check. Overall I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again!

Excellent beach house, ideal for relaxing and enjoying with family Staying at Vanessa's house was a wonderful experience. It is an excellent beach house, where both you and your children can have an amazing time. Everything was impeccably clean, well cared for, and with a very welcoming energy that makes you feel at home from the first moment. The location is perfect: the beach is just 2 to 3 minutes away on foot, and everything you need is very close. It is a quiet, beautiful and peaceful place. The house was comfortable, well equipped and with a charming style that really invites you to relax. Vanessa was an exceptional host. Very kind, attentive and always ready to answer any questions quickly. His dedication to making everything perfect was evident. Honestly, I didn't want to leave. I loved everything: the house, the surroundings, the service... I give it a 10 out of 10 and I definitely hope to return soon to stay in that beautiful home. 💯

The house was relatively easy to find, and I really enjoyed being able to park in the driveway, behind the sliding gate. The kitchen was stocked with all you’d need to cook, including some rice, peanut butter, syrups, cereal, and even a couple cans of chef Boyardee! You are right next door to a bar, which can be very noisy at night, but the DJ/loud music would stop around 8 PM (on the weekends). I don’t believe that hey played music on the weekdays. Several nice spots to eat within 5-10 minutes, and the drive to the ferry to Vieques/Culebra wasn’t too bad. Enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves across the street, although the beach itself didn’t seem like it was suited for sunbathing/swimming. When we arrived, we ventured over and there was too much sea debris (twigs/tires/palm leaves/etc) to put down a towel. There was a lot of outdoor seating on the balcony of the air bnb (chairs, benches, a picnic bench, etc) and cushions were provided! Would stay again!
