A hálószobában egy kényelmes, nagy franciaágy várja a pihenni vágyó vendégeket, a tágas nappaliban pedig egy kihúzható kanapé van. 155 cm képátlós 4K televízió, vasaló, vasalódeszka, szárító, automata Samsung mosógép, hajszáritó, törülközők, ágynemű 4 fő részére. A konyhában háztartási kisgépek és evőeszközök , étkészletek találhatók. Wi-fi van. 2 terasz tartozik a lakáshoz. Megkérem tisztelt vendégeimet, hogy a hálóban lévő gardróbot ne használja!

Die Wohnung "Max" hat einen Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Mikro/Grill, Geschirrspüler und Frühstückstisch, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und Couch und eine eigene Terrasse. Genieße Whirlpool und Sauna mit Blick auf unsere Waldschafe oder verwöhne dich am Grill in der Outdoorküche!

A környéken számos látnivaló, strand és túralehetőség fedezhető fel. With a tiring life-rhythm, constant worries, always new burdens and obligations, there is always a need to find time for REST and RELAXATION. Outside the city's hustle and bustle, in the middle of a beautiful landscape in Razkrižje, there is a modern EARTH- / HOBIT HOUSE, that impresses every guest. It is entirely built of natural materials (CLAY, WOOD, ...). Love for creativity and nature can be felt at every step. The evidences are handcrafted "masterpieces" in the earth and around it.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
