Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nalón

David's apartment seemed very nice, clean, quiet and excellently equipped. Everything was very comfortable. We didn't lack anything. David was very kind and willing to help us in everything.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! It was all described as I said. An attention of 10 and responds quickly to anything. The apartment was very good and there was nothing missing.

Everything is great and very friendly. When I left I checked out in the morning in a hurry and left one of the keys on, luckily they resolved it without a problem and they were very kind to communicate with me.

Everything was correct, we barely spent time in the house but I'm sure someone who lives there will enjoy it

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. House in a quiet area, there was a bit of humidity but the house had dehumidifier to use if needed. She covered expectations and Julio Antonio communicated kindly and smoothly throughout the stay

Lovely and peaceful country setting. The house is very well stocked and even with breakfast items. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the area. Very responsive and helpful communication.

A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...

Friendly owners and a manicured home like a silver tacit; appropriately stocked with kitchenware, and very clean. Highly recommended.

The house is a faithful reflection of the ad, Raúl was quick to answer our messages and was kind and approachable. Well-equipped and very comfortable house, all rooms are large and sunny. The location is quiet, close to the sea, ideal for long walks to nearby towns on well-marked trails. It was an ideal experience that we would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to come.

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

We were very good. The description fits what we found. Both Mario and Lili were very nice and a charm. Sitio recommendedado. We were very pleased!

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Convenient parking space in the building with easy access to the internal elevator. Our kids really enjoyed the small room stocked with some games. Friendly host, always helpful and responsive. Tips for visiting the region and for meals are very useful. Luanco is a very nice and convenient coastal village as a base for exploring the region.

Absolutely perfect accommodation for a couple. Phenomenal sea and white water vistas, perfectly located and walkable to everywhere. Excellent coffee and coffee maker…enough for our 6 day stay! We have already re-booked it for this September. 5 Stars!

We stayed here for four months, and it was the best rental experience we've ever had. If you want to see the incredible landscapes of Llanes, this apartment is in the perfect location to explore them. It’s very safe, clean, and well-maintained, and the host is incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved absolutely everything about our stay!
