Environnement très calme, au cœur de la verdure. Dans le jardin, accès partagé avec une 2ème maison : terrains de sport et jeux (pétanque, basket, foot, tyrolienne, trampoline, balançoire, château, crossfit). Connexion fibre. This air-conditioned, renovated apartment is situated in the heart of Cassis with a lovely view of the Cap Canaille, the castle and the village from the balcony. There is a bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen that opens out into the living room with a breakfast bar. The restaurants, shops and boat trips are a 2-minute walk from the flat. Parking is possible. You can sit out on the balcony and soak up the lovely village atmosphere of Cassis.

We offer an outbuilding in Nans-les-Pins (Var) on our 1700 m2 property, easy to access, surrounded by oaks and 500 meters from the center of the village. Pool authorized and shared for a minimum stay of 2 nights between 11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. No visits from family or friends. Airbnb rentals are based on occasional accommodation to enjoy the area and not to enjoy the pool that we make available to passing travelers and not a pool stay.

Located in Aubagne, you will enjoy an area of 22 m2, with tasteful and refined décor as well as a flowery and aromatic garden of more than 5000 m2, to sharpen your senses.

Relax in this quiet country cottage overlooking the Garlaban. It has its own garden, two-seater jacuzzi and parking. 100 meters away: access to 2 tennis courts. I paid special attention to the renovation and decoration to make it a charming and peaceful place. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. We are at the foot of the Sainte Baume mountain range, 25 minutes from Cassis and Aix-en-Provence.

The place is easy to access, 15' from Toulon station, but the city remains invisible and it feels like the world's end.
