Beautiful house/loft with hot tub.

Ideally located in a quiet area and all shops and transport are at the foot of the house. An industrial building completely renovated in 2016 with taste and love. 15 minutes' drive from the airport and train station, 12/15 minutes from the city center and 25/30 from the island of Nantes (the machines of the island etc.) by transport (free on weekends!!!). Guests will enjoy the roof top terrace (barbecue and relaxation) as well as the Jacuzzi (5/6 people). Linens and towels will be provided for traveling light.

Maison de famille à Nort-sur-Erdre avec piscine et grand jardin de 1 600m². Belle maison de maître de la fin du 18e siècle, avec tout le charme du passé : il est important de noter que nous rénovons progressivement la maison nous-mêmes, quelques pièces sont encore dans leur état d'origine. Pour préserver l'ambiance familiale du quartier, nous privilégions les familles. La maison n’est pas optimalement configurée pour 11 adultes (matelas fins dans les chambres d’enfants et chambres en enfilade).

Venez séjourner dans notre maison 🏠 1100m2 + Bois privé de 1 hectare, rien que pour vous ! Disponible cet été 2025. Fêtes interdites. Idéal pour une famille (jeux à disposition, baby foot ...) souhaitant profiter de notre région. Entre Nantes et Saint Nazaire, proche du LAC et ces activités (Piscine, accrobranche, Tennis). La Mer est à environ 30min en voiture, pour des excursions sur nos plages (Pornichet, la Baule, Pornic). Seule demande est de nourrir nos 2 chats svp (nourriture fournie)

Very nice and large house, entirely at your disposal, with its two gardens and private road with parking. Very large living and dining room, 11 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms... all freshly renovated and decorated. Sleeps: 31 people. Everything is 5 minutes from the center via the famous Rue Joffre. Absolute calm, close to the city center WiFi available, fiber optic. Bed linens and towels provided Hotel linens washed in industrial hospital-standard laundry.
