Me and my family stayed here and we absolutely loved it. The home was beautiful and spacious for all seven of us. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Thank you Cristian for hosting us!

We had a great stay at Miguel’s airbnb! The pool was amazing and the house was in a great peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

We spent an amazing time at Suly’s property. Everything was super clean and amenities were great. I will repeat this experience without any hesitation.

Great home base to visit National Parks:Everglades and Biscayne. An hour drive to the Keys. We had 3 couples and 2 young kiddos and there was plenty of space. The first floor bedroom/bath was nice for grandparents. Three more bedrooms/two more baths upstairs. Loved the huge rooftop deck with dining area and separate area to relax. Large grill worked well. We chose not to use the hot tub but looked nice. Very clean. Good wifi. Lots of new construction of town homes in the area but unit was very quiet. Parking for 2 cars. Great stay!

This was a WONDERFUL stay for our family!! Great locations! We adventured to the keys and through the Everglades while there. Loved coming back to cook while the kids swam. The ONLY draw back was there is no dishwasher. But it was a quick and easy fix to stop and grab paper plates and cups!!

We were a big family of 20 - 4 seniors, 1 toddler, 15 adults and we were able to fit in well at this location. Hosts were great and very accommodating to us which we really appreciated because this was a trip planned for our grandparents, parents and aunt/uncle. We found out a bit before our trip that some of our cousins are going to be in Miami too at the same time and hosts allowed us to invite them over for dinner so at one point there was like 30-35 of us in the house. The pool and other amenities were definitely a plus; toddler loved the pool and was in it every possible moment. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone coming to Miami - even though the location is actually in Cutler Bay, but we actually liked that it further away. Stores were just a short drive away so we were able to get things as needed.

Can’t praise this property enough. It is located in the perfect location for watching the sunrise and sunset. Sitting on the dock watching is for manatees and whatever swims by is pure heaven. The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. If you are looking check out and relax this is the perfect place!

If you're looking for beautiful clean home away from home to hangout with love ones or to just cool off with planty of activities right at your fingertips; you've picked the right home. Book and be ready to enjoy the atmosphere just as pictures are showing. There's no hidden surprises, the home allowed me to use it just for what I had wanted. Extremely satisfied. FYI ask the host to check propane barbecue tank if you're planning to use barbecue grill or bring your full tank. The tank was empty when we were ready to use the grill. The only inconvenience, only.

We truly had a wonderful stay in Andres’ beautiful home. Bedrooms were spacious, w/TVs, and comfy beds. Kitchen was stocked with all one could need. Bathrooms were spacious, clean, and showers were hot with strong water pressure. The home is decorated in a modern, artsy yet extremely cozy-homey manner. All the touches to make us feel at home (even curling iron.)The back yard, and grounds are private surrounded by stunning palm trees etc. The pool area (palapa roof) with outdoor tv and grill… all gorgeous. We enjoyed lounging in the sun and swimming in the pool. Towels, sunscreen, bug spray were all there. Above it all, Andres was the most communicative and responsive host we’ve ever experienced in an Airbnb. Small hiccups that arose he responded, and took care of kindly, and immediately. Thank you so much Andres. We hope to return soon.

Great communication with the host always responded back right away and the house was even more impressive in person will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Florida

My family traveled to Miami for my son's college graduation and this place was perfect! It was roomy enough for everyone to have their own space but cozy enough for us all to gather for dinner or chatting. The best part was Nadia's responsiveness! We had a change of plans and needed to move his graduation bbq to the property and not only did Nadia allow this (for a very reasonable fee) but she also came to the property with very short notice and provided decorations that she helped set up! My family enjoyed the property and I definitely plan to book again the next time I am in the area!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It was so quiet and peaceful and on a lovely street. It was located very close to everything we had planned during our stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed and Santiago was very quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to soon.

A compact clean studio apartment in a new development near the Everglades. Bathroom is large, kitchen is compact (we didn't use it), bed is comfortable. Entrance is through a slider which fronts onto the driveway - unusual but it works. Host provided a bottle of wine and bags of chips.

This was a nice clean house, clean pool, they brought us extra charcoal & propane when there wasn’t any left. The neighborhood was peaceful. A nice stay away from the busiest part of Miami yet not too far from beaches about 25 minutes.
