It is a spacious house with the traditional, high ceilings "volte a stelle". It is about 98 sqm. Everything has been renovated very modernly. The house has air conditioning and heating system. In addition, a wood-burning stove is also available for autumn and winter days. The garden is beautiful. It's a 5-minute walk to the baroque old town of Nardò.
