The beach of S.Andrea is less than 1 km away and a few kilometers from Melendugno and Otranto. In the village, supermarket, tobacco shop, newsstand, restaurant, nearby riding school, ATV rental and airspace track. Tourist tax is due.

Cucina , un bagno, doccia esterna e un patio per le cenette estive all'aperto a pochi metri dalla spiaggia dorata delle Maldive salentine. All'angolo il supermercato fornitissimo, personale molto cordiale, qui si ferma tutto, la vita rallenta, qui si rispira il mare e l'area dei campi salentini. Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.
