New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Beautiful apartment directly on the beach. We are happy to welcome guests to stay at our beautiful architectural house. Located in the quiet end of the beach only 5 minutes walking distance (on the beach) to the vibrant Hikkaduwa surfing beach. You'll have private access to the garden, kitchen and various dining areas. The house is managed by our lovely staff Jenith and Dilani whom will be happy to help with any requests as well as preparing meals upon request - they are wonderful chefs.

The villa offers two air-conditioned sleeping rooms: a spacious king-bed room upstairs with ocean views and a single bed in the living room downstairs. Both beds are fitted with mosquito nets for a comfortable night’s rest. A fully equipped kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare your own meals.

We’ve lovingly renovated it to make it cozy and comfortable, so you can unwind and enjoy Sri Lanka’s beauty. While tucked away in tranquility, you’re still close to everything: Ahangama is just 10 minutes by scooter, and Kabalana Beach only 6 minutes away. We also have a scooter for rent if you need one. Welcome to our jungle home, only 10 minutes walk from the fantastic beach in Hikkaduwa. Our garden is a green oasis where you can enjoy open air shower, wildlife such as monkeys, lizards, squirrels, peacocks, parrots. Sit in the hanging chair, enjoy birdsong and swaying palm trees in the wind. When the swell is big, you can even hear waves crashing in the distance. Surf spots, restaurants, bars and shops are located within walking distance.
