Asunnosta avautuvat upeat maisemat itään Keskustorille ja Nokia Areenalle päin. Keskustan palvelut löytyvät kävelyetäisyydeltä. Alue on rauhallinen ja asunto sijaitsee talon rauhallisen sisäpihan puolella. Huonekorkeus on noin neljä metriä. Kohde sijaitsee kaksi vuotta sitten valmistuneessa talossa, joten asunnon pinnat ovat uudet ja siistit.

My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can hang out in your own yard with a patio and a barbecue canopy. Kitchen, living room, and indoor toilet. The outbuilding has a wood sauna with a shower room, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna chamber has 2 beds for 1 person. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air source heat pumps + a furnace in the winter. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and mini stove with oven. Pets are welcome.
