The "Small Pleasures" chalet is part of a small village of three chalets and a restaurant immersed in one of the most enchanting and evocative landscapes of the Julian Alps. The chalet is immersed in greenery, surrounded by meadows and woods, in front of the magnificent peaks of the Julian Alps. At the disposal of our guests there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere, cared for in every detail and designed to give moments of pleasure and relaxation and a holiday that remains in the heart.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Gorgeous Chalet with amazing lake view

Gorgeous Chalet is located on the quiet and all-day sunny side of Lake Bled. You will have needed privacy and a really peaceful vacation (very close to the lake and beautiful nature that surrounds the house). It is one of few private properties in Bled suitable for larger families/groups, plus it has a large private parking. Guests will receive Bled Julian Alps card, which offers many benefits (mobility, sights, activities, catering services and more).

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. The Ossiachersee can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is within 2 minutes. Ski tours or snowshoeing along the snowy ski slopes or in the woods are also welcome.

Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

This charming 3 bedroom holiday house owned by two beautiful cats (MAU& PABLO) who got all under control. Because we used to be wild and homeless, friendly people took us under their roof. If you like cats, come and join us for a holiday. Our motto is eat, sleep and repeat. We have our own supply of food. If you have a special wish to feed us, we will provide you with threats. The brand new Chalet Studio GOVIC is located on the first floor. It features a private terrace, under-floor central heating, a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a bedroom with a fireplace. The studio has a TV with cable channels. There is a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all areas.

Our small chalet is quietly located in the middle of the Nockberge. It is only a 1-minute drive to the Brunnach Biosphere Park cable car. An open fireplace in the living area and stylish furnishings invite you to spend cozy hours in the chalet. The log cabin has a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed (1,4 meters) and can accommodate up to 4 people.
