Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Natividade da Serra

I thank Claudia for sharing her space with us. I congratulate Claudia for giving us all the information we requested, in a clear, quick, succinct and useful way. The house is at a certain distance from the beach, requiring a short walk on flat, paved terrain, crossing a bridge where you can observe a well-preserved sample of the fauna and flora characteristic of a mangrove. A separate attraction for children and adults. The house has a beautiful garden, mosquitoes are not a problem, however, I suggest bringing repellents. We really enjoyed the stay. The house was very clean (new mattresses, bedding and impeccable bathrooms) the household items are new and work very well, large barbecue and clean grills. There were no signs of mold or infiltration in the house. Our family felt welcomed and at home. At checkout, we tried to leave the house in as good a condition as we found it. Thanks again Claudia.

Perfect Days in this place! The house is great, exactly as in the pictures, safe place, very nearby and wonderful beach.. A place that no doubt will return. Victor was extremely attentive and proactive, only compliments!

We spent the Easter holiday there. The house is exactly as advertised. We met all our expectations. The beach just near the house, at the end of the street, beautiful.. Jéssica and her husband, always very attentive and friendly with us. We will return more often for sure.

Joana is a super host! The house, in addition to being super well located, still has an air of "my house". My son made sure to leave a message in the message book. As we arrived, the house was impeccably clean. In addition, we have new umbrellas and beach chairs. All messages I sent were promptly answered, from before we entered the house until after our departure. Who wants a nice house on a perfect beach for kids and very quiet, I recommend Joana's house.

I loved the house! It is even more beautiful than in the pictures, the deck is fantastic, very close to nature. The house has many amenities and many useful utensils and appliances in the kitchen. It has easy access to the beach and a little market on the corner. I definitely recommend and would come back.

We were on the carnival holiday. Casa exactly as stated in the photos, very large space, very good location. The host, Dona Lúcia, simply incredible, received us super well, very attentive, gave us tips on the best beaches, it was amazing. Leandro, responded to us in a very agile way in the chat, clear communication, all quiet. We'll be back for sure. When with Ubatuba, I already know where I will host with my family and friends.

I rented Casa Lia to celebrate my birthday and it was a WONDERFUL choice! The house comfortably accommodated the 26 guests, even in the bad weather. Before booking, I confirmed if I could have DJs and speakers, and they assured me that the sound was released, but I was reported by noise on Airbnb. The house was impeccable, with comfortable rooms, which pleased everyone. However, the wifi did not work properly, hampering communication with the co-host, ñ had a mobile phone network.I ran for Gabi's food service, but the quality did not justify the HIGH price. The moqueca came full of thorns and almost caused a gagging on a child, everyone was unhappy, I'm glad we brought barbecue! The vegan portions were small, and when ordering niver cakes that were good, she took a large chunk, which I found inelegant. The breakfast is good. Voltaria for sure, as the house is perfect, but no extra services

I and my family loved the stay. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very beautiful, by the way. Everything was clean and organized. The location is good, you can walk quietly down to the beach. In addition, Lara's service was the differential. We're always kind and ready to help. We want to go back!

I loved the days we spent in São Sebastião, it was wonderful the experience from the beginning to the end, very requested and attentive host ( Mr. Douglas) We use the pool space in common, very good, location is great with good trade structure, easy access to beaches, we want to return! Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a dear. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

A Charming Studio in a select condominium! This is our second visit to the condominium. Very quiet at this time of year, excellent facilities, super attentive staff. Very friendly and helpful D Fernando, everything was as described in the listing.

It was an amazing stay and extremely popular with the family, I am so happy I booked! The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

The house is just wonderful! It is beautiful, has a rustic aesthetic, it is full of vegetation, and very well cared for. It has several amenities, including a full kitchen. It has airfryer, sandwich maker, a VERY spacious fridge and freezer and all the necessary utensils. We don't miss anything. Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. Without words, everything was great! I highly recommend it! Including, I intend to go back there. It's worth it!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and with a great outdoor space. The pool is delicious and it was clean. It is less than 10min walking from the beach, markets and restaurants. We had a small problem with the water pump but Kathia promptly asked a trusted person to come to solve the issue. I highly recommend the site!

We loved the house! Our stay was great! Spacious, comfortable and organized house! All of us mainly children love heated pool! Full kitchen we don't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, potable filtered water (no need to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with the tent assembly! We missed some more beach chairs to be made available, but it went well because we used the chairs of the beach stalls! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, slide in the pool that there was no time to enjoy everything! Tv didn't even have time to call! Dayane is a great host, responds quickly by being very polite always, gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight

The house is excellent, very clean and well equipped. Everything working, great showers, heated pool, good internet. The house has many stairs, but that was not a problem for our group. Met 100% of our expectations. We were very well attended by the host Fabio, the housekeeper Lena and all the professionals of the condominium. It is very worthwhile, as it is close to Vila and the beaches of the north of the island.

The house is spectacular! The location then, there is no talk! It would be impossible to have more feet in the sand than that. Quality towels and bedding, pressurized showers, all extremely clean, airy house with wonderful architecture. Fábio (the local caretaker) and Kellen, welcomed us very well, cooked wonderful dishes for us, Manoel Carlos' soap opera breakfasts, caipirinhas, pizza, fish, portions on the beach, cooler with ice, went to the market, ordered iFood… seriously… the service was surreal. I also extend a special thank you to Kimberly, who took care of the cleaning and won over the young children in the group by being so attentive to them. All very friendly and proactive! We left already wanting to go back!! I highly recommend it, but get ready to raise the bar of the Airbnbs you frequent lol

We love our stay, the house is much more beautiful and large than appears in the photos! The house is comfortable, very clean, has many utensils, and every decor and view of the house is amazing! Chris and the homemade Adri were super polite and solicited! We love so much, we hope to be able to return soon!
