A piscina possuí iluminação e pode ser aquecida até 34°. A área da churrasqueira tem uma cervejeira, cooktop e um banheiro completo. A lavanderia é ampla com máquina de lavar e máquina de secar. A casa inteira é climatizada, tem wifi de fibra e fica a 150m da praia em um condomínio fechado com câmeras e vigia 24h.

It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.
