The apartment is wonderful beautiful landscape, very clean house, wonderful jacuzzi. alexandre was very attentive and helpful.

My best experience on Airbnb, a very helpful host, always responded very quickly and provided all the necessary information so that we could enjoy our stay. Regarding the apartment, we have nothing to say, WONDERFUL, COZY AND SUPER SANITIZED PLACE. The photos are identical to the place, in short, I highly recommend it and we will be back soon!

The atmosphere is super cozy, I was received with the utmost attention! The location is very accessible and quiet, I have nothing to question, only to congratulate you on the reception and the coziness that the house provided us!

Jorge is very attentive, he answered us whenever we need. The place is cozy (the bed and pillows VERY comfortable), clean, organized. He thought of utensils that some hosts do not provide such as: washer and dryer, dryer, iron, and that I believe have made a huge difference.

It was a great trip with our children and their girlfriends. Everyone was very happy and they liked the house too much. We spent wonderful days at Sylvia's house! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super equipped, privileged location. We were not lucky with the weather, but even so, due to the structure of the house, we were able to enjoy it a lot! Special thanks to Ze Bolacha and Camila for all the hospitality and help on the days we were at the house. We will definitely be coming back!

A movie house!!!! It is a beauty for its surroundings for its views and proximity to its beach ( with grass and trees and with some white sands and a water in which you could see your feet) The heated pool is impeccable in its cleanliness and temperature. You have the lounge chairs available, the ice cream shop to take to the beach, and 2 spectacular kayaks to use. It is almost impossible to describe what that house is in a few lines…. Everything I write is little, it has everything to cook and make your stay memorable. Thank you Aline for your kindness and attention and for letting us enjoy your home. Sure we will come back or recommend friends to keep it in mind. Don't miss a few days in this movie house!!!!

The house makes you feel at home, it is impeccable, complete, beautiful, clean, organized, the nature around it is charming. Raquel was a great host. 10/10 experience🌟 All the ACs were working, we had a barbecue and we had no problems, we followed the guidelines to close all the windows. No one wanted to leave, it was 4 wonderful days. 🩵 Bring repellent and soap to the rooms. The soap is not a criticism, because the ad does not promise, it is just a reminder, because we thought there would be and we went out to buy. The market is close, but you can't go on foot. It rained one day and there was a little infiltration in the bedroom on the right of the second floor, we put a cloth and we had no problem. We recommend it and will be back. Thank you very much Raquel and Karina! Ah Karina was very helpful and friendly when we arrived at the house.

All EXCEPTIONAL! The house is new, very modern, complete: fans in the leisure area, screen and air conditioning in the bedrooms, good showers, good beds, clean bed and bath linens, bath amenities. All impeccable furniture, complete kitchen, with all possible appliances (blender, mixer, processor, pots, pans, baking pans, etc.) and very spacious. Excellent pool, it is in super pleasant temperature. And the house does not smell of moisture at all. The condominium is impeccable, super safe, with inspection round, small, beautiful and wonderful beach for those looking for quiet (practically private). To get down to the beach without a car is a walk, in the shade. But to go up is a little more pulled. You can drive and stop at the driveway. Bruna is super polite, solicitous, considerate and honest. The communication was impeccable. A Rafaela (Bruna's employee) was essential in our stay. Extremely polite, attentive and well cooked. They were perfect days!

I and my family loved the place. After 14hrs of road due to traffic, all we wanted was for the house to be perfect. More than compensated, everything working perfectly, the house looks like a movie mansion. The noise of the river, the peace of the place and the quiet neighborhood improved what was already perfect. I recommend and sure if you ever return to Maranduba, it will be in this paradise.

Minha Eliana's house is very large, it accommodates a larger family well! Feet in the sand is very pleasant! It has a very nice outdoor area, the garden is beautiful! Dona Ivanice and her Chico are super attentive! I recommend it!

Very cozy house and with a lot of space, very well served a group of 19 people. The children had a lot of fun on the post beach with a swimming pool and the outside area of the house. The kitchens served very well in the cafés, lunch and barbecue! Very close to the beach and a green area with spectacular trails. A nook to relax. Franz was attentive during our stay, answering questions and supporting needs that appeared during the stay, sending someone to the house to help. The only point we wish we had used but had no access or was not in operation were the dryer of the laundry room and the jacuzzi/hole in the back area that was not working. For sure in a new opportunity we would be staying again! It was a great experience.

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and I intend to return!

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recompense!

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in an excellent location, with market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The place has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. It was our first time in Ubatuba, and we already want to go back to exactly the same place!

Beautiful apartment with great accommodation, and very clean. We recommend to anyone who wants to spend days of quiet and rest. The view from the apartment is spectacular.
