Welcome to Yindala. Situated on 17 acres of rural bushland just minutes from Margaret River and Witchcliffe. Our single bedroom ensuite studio is the perfect retreat for couples or a solo getaway. The studio offers both indoor and outdoor living spaces. Make the most of all seasons and enjoy the outdoors under the pergola featuring outdoor bath, lounge and dining area. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch a movie on the open air projector screen or take a magnesium bath under the stars and relax..

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Romantic Cabin - Private Acreage

Escape to our cozy sea container cabin on 100 secluded acres of natural beauty. Relax by the indoor fireplace and under the stars at the outdoor fire pit. Soak in the outdoor bathtub, and enjoy the full kitchen and the large deck offers breathtaking views of the valley. Our cabin is close to the main winery area, perfect for wine tasting adventures. Only 2.5 hours from Perth, it's an easy getaway. Take a refreshing swim in the dam, explore the small vineyard, or go on multiple bush walks.

Paddock House

Located between town and the beach. A 3 bedroom courtyard house is nestled amongst grass trees, tea-tree and eucalypts. Just off the iconic Caves Rd, only a 5 minute drive to Prevelly and less than 10 minutes to town, this property is an ideal location to connect with the landscape and explore the region.

Old Dunsborough Studio

Enjoy a relaxing break in Dunsborough in this gorgeous, one bedroom self-contained studio. With it's own separate entry and outdoor area the studio is a private space from the main dwelling. It is a 5 minute walk to the pristine Old Dunsborough Beach. A 10 minute walk will get you to the centre of Dunsborough town to access the wide array of cafe's, restaurants and boutiques. If mountain biking is your thing - you are just a 5minute ride to the exciting Meelup Hills mountain bike tracks.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Meelup Studio

Sit back and relax in this custom built , stylish & private studio. Nestled amongst landscaped gardens , natural forest, abundant wildlife and all within a 3 minute drive to town or beach. Meelup beach !! Wake up to birdsong, walk amongst the forest or just sit on the deck and soak up the peaceful ambience. Very close to a selection of fine wineries , restaurants & breweries with surf, beach, biking and walk trails to top it off. We promise you won't want to leave.

The River Barn+optional sauna-walk to town & river

Escape to a unique loft retreat. This newly built stay features a spacious loft bedroom; you can enjoy views of nearby native trees or lie in bed and stargaze through the roof window. Thoughtfully designed with a cozy daybed nook, full kitchen, and stylish bathroom. Located just a short walk to the Margaret River, nature trails, cafes and town its the perfect base for couples or a relaxing getaway. Optional infra red sauna experience available as an add-on.

Newly renovated studio set on 2 acres bushland. Studio is large room plus ensuite with privacy lock. Includes kitchen with full fridge/freezer, oven, induction hotplates, Nespresso c/machine, toaster, kettle. Smart TV. Private verandah area with couch, coffee table and 2 other outdoor chairs with small table. Walk to the famous Yallingup wood-fired bread shop. Yallingup Bush Studio is hidden amongst the beautiful tall Marri and eucalyptus trees and high enough on a north facing hill that you will enjoy beautiful afternoon sun. You will be able to enjoy the incredible views from your studio even whilst in bed through the large glass doors and windows or whilst enjoying a glass of wine on the verandah.
