The apartment is comfortable, cozy and very clean, private and safe parking. It is a place where everything is Mano, useful commercial premises, recreational areas, my family and I are delighted with the place, thanks to Lili who was very attentive to all my questions, thank you very much for having us 🌹

Adrian’s place is fantastic. Located in a great & safe area in CDMX. The street food in front of the door is incredible, the pool is heated like a bathtub (which I love), fantastic gym and in a great location. Highly recommend it if you need a good place to stay in CDMX. The only thing that could be improved, is that the place has a second key available at no extra cost.

The location is a bit unsafe, you can't go out for a walk arbitrarily, however they have security, an American breakfast was included, quite good, only they send too many messages, they should standardize the necessary messages for the accommodation. As for the flexibility, they were very kind and took care of my luggage until the afternoon, for which I am very grateful. In general, a good place to stay, but taking into account that you have to take an Uber for greater safety

The place was great and just like the pictures. There is lots to do around there and a lot of late night activities. Even with things staying open late I could not hear anything inside and was not bothered by any noise. The shops downstairs had a sale that lead to finding some interesting artifacts. Anything you may need can be found within walking distance. Would stay here again.

The accommodation faithfully matches the description provided, has all the necessary amenities for a long stay, is spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was agile and effective, which allowed us to resolve all our doubts in a timely manner. We would definitely consider coming back next time! As an observation for future guests, it is important to note that, being located next to a road and on one of the upper floors, a certain level of noise can be perceived and the temperature inside can be somewhat high at certain times of the day.

Excellent option to stay in the city, the place is nice and comfortable, the access is safe and controlled, very good view of the city from the apartment. Alejandro was an excellent host, with very good attention and response time. I definitely recommend this stay if you come to the area

This was our first time in CDMX and it was awesome on this property, Mariana was always attentive to our concerns and she was there to support our needs and questions on every step. Also the property was awesome like a magazine alike property (no joking) tottotally true! AMAZING!

Scarlet’s apartment made it hard to return to “normal life.” A dreamy blend of garden, treehouse, and modern glass box, this space was the perfect home base for our CDMX vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe and welcomed. The building has fantastic 24/7 security — always warm, smiling, and ready to help. You enter through a stunning, Asian-inspired courtyard framed by towering brutalist facades, and take a private elevator straight to the apartment. Tucked on a quiet street in Condesa, the apartment is just a short walk to Parque Espana and countless excellent shops, cafés, and restaurants — or a quick, affordable Uber to the busier boutique strips. Inside, the space is spotless, well air-conditioned, and incredibly comfortable. Stay with Scarlet. You won’t regret it.

The apartment is very nice, with good amenities, it has an excellent location and you have supermarkets, restaurants, the Mexican park and very close to the Santa Fe shopping center

Great location, beautiful, clean and super cozy place we loved it!

The location was great, safe. Had walkable places nearby. The photos matched the place. But above everything, patricia was super responsive and provided super clear instructions, even before I asked (always one step ahead). The check in and check out runs very smoothly which I appreciate. The premises are quiet and clean. The rooms as well. We were out pretty much all day and the matress super comfortable to have a good night sleep.

Great place with pool,sauna and small gym. Small downside for soundproofing but otherwise great apartment and highly responsive host.

The apartment was impeccable, totally as it appeared in the photos, very well located and convenient to walk or move by car, the place has many amenities and the building staff manages Airbnb guests very well, our stay was 9 days with my family of 5, we had a great time in CDMX, many things still to be done and known. Elvira was always attentive to any circumstances and support we could need. I would return your apartment safely and highly recommend it for work or ride visits in CDMX.

Gym was very well equipped with solid machines. Jacuzzi and Sauna were nice too. Pool was great too and had a long area to do laps. Washer/Dryer was very easy to use. Kitchen well equipped. Great stay.

It is a lovely apartment in a very central location where you can walk to many site seeing places. What I liked the most it’s that the monument is in front and at night the view is amazing. I would recommend staying here.

I had a good experience in this apartment. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the quality and care in every detail of the place. The apartment was impeccable, perfectly equipped and very well decorated, which made you feel at home from the first minute. What really stood out was the comfort of the bed, I had never slept so well in a place other than my home! The sheets are of excellent quality and the mattress is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable and high quality stay. I hope that the next time I return to Mexico City this apartment will be available. I had a great stay at this Airbnb—it was exactly as described, and for the price, it was honestly a steal. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer which made my stay even more convenient. The building also had a beautiful pool and a spacious gym with an incredible view that made workouts a little more enjoyable. One thing to note is that traffic in Mexico City can be intense. Getting to Roma Norte during rush hour can take up to an hour, but if you’re heading out midday or late at night, it’s only about 20 minutes. That said, the location still worked well for me, especially with a 7-Eleven just across the street for snacks and essentials. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and felt like I got great value. I’d definitely consider booking here again!
