Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation from 1884 with proximity to golf course, outdoor life, fishing, Sörmlandsleden and sea. The cabin was completely renovated in 2022-2024 and is located in a secluded location with nature as a view. A 72-meter cable car is available to use. 10 km to charming Nyköping city center and 100 km to Stockholm. 17 km to Stockholm Skavsta Airport. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Stenstugan

Friggebod located on a farm between Nyköping and Norrköping Bunk bed 80 cm up and 120 cm down + there is a travel bed and extra mattress available to borrow. Pillows and duvets are provided, sheets are not included but can be rented for an additional cost. Water is missing, drinking water is available at the stable 30 meters away. A simple outdoor shower is at the back of the cottage. Outdoor toilet with composting. For easier cooking, there is a small outdoor kitchen with a stove, inside there is a small refrigerator, microwave and kettle.

Finns: apple-TV, internet, elbilsladdare. Uppvärmning eller svalka med luftvärmepump. Täcken och kuddar till 12 personer. Gäster tar med egna sängkläder och handdukar. Nära fin badplats och ca 2 km till mataffär & buss. I Nävekvarns hamn finns sommartid restaurang och food trucks med mat och glass.

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The charming cottage of Nastorp

Welcome to this picturesque cottage built in the 19th century and renovated in 2018, with it’s old charm well preserved. It's situated just outside of Nävekvarn – a small village in eastern Södermanland. Our location offers a closeness to both the Baltic Sea and forests of Kolmården. The cottage is around 45 m2 large and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room.
