Apartment holiday rentals in Nea Ionia

I booked Eirini's flat at short notice as I had to visit Athens for an emergency. Eirini was extremely helpful from the start and allowed me to check in late. The place was immaculate, very clean, spacious and very cool despite the soaring temperatures (30°+) outside. The area is very quiet, with loads of parks around and great connectivity to the airport, train station and metro station. I am very pleased with my stay and I highly recommend Eirini's flat to anyone who wants to visit Athens and enjoy the northern suburbs.

Sofia's appartement is one of the best I stayed in Athens, superclean and supernew, great value for money, fully recommend this appartement. Thank you Sofia for being a great host, everything was amazing!!!

Spacious and open space. We really enjoyed the wrap around balcony. Very clean and modern and just about a 10 minute walk to the Olympic Stadium

Very comfortable apartment on 1st floor with lift. Nice residential suburb. Restaurants and supermarket close to Héraklion subway station. Keybox is on a Pilar on the parking. Each bedroom has a balcony. Kitchen has everything you need. Dimitra let us leave a little later, and I could leave my bag a few more days. Very convenient. Lemon and orange trees in the garden!

We went on a 20th wedding anniversary trip to Athens and chose Panagiotis' apartment according to pictures, price and location. Everything was as promised, our stay was comfortable and Panagiotis was a friendly host. The quiet location near the main subway line is perfect. Highly recommended!

It was great staying at Antonis’ apartment! It was a lovely apartment, very clean and fully stocked with everything I could possibly need :) Antonis was super helpful, any time I needed anything, he was keen to help as much as he could. The apartment was located across from the Olympic stadium so I was able to walk to my event there, also there was a grocery store and other shops within a 5 min walk. Restaurants are a 15-20 min walk or 5 min taxi ride. I highly recommend his place!

I had a great stay at Sylvia’s place during a small heatwave in Athens. The AC worked well, and the apartment has two terraces—a smaller one and a very spacious one that's almost as big as the room itself. The apartment is small, as noted, but it has everything you need. The large terrace is a real bonus. Sylvia was a great host and even helped me get an iron for my shirt. I had a cosy and pleasant stay—thank you!

Central location, spacious apartment and host very accommodating and responsive. Great to have a washing machine. The baked cookies and fresh fruit a bonus!

Our stay was great! The hosts were excellent and always responsive. The location was really close to the metro station and close to restuarants and several super markets. We appreciated that the hosts were flexible and allowed is to check-in early. We had a ton of luggage and it would be hard to carry around. We highly recommend and would stay again!

El alojamiento de Dionisis fue, a todas luces, una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido en Airbnb. La calidez y empatía del anfitrión hicieron del alojamiento un lugar cálido para nuestra estadía. El departamento es enorme y cómodo para un viaje con amigos, con un exquisito sentido de la estética. Dionisis estuvo estuvo en cada uno de los detalles, incluso se ofreció a recibirnos el equipaje y adelantar el check-in porque uno de nosotros estaba descompuesto. El alojamiento está plagado de libros, obras de arte, la cocina está súper equipada, ¡nos dejó hasta jabón para el lavarropas y crema humectante para el cuerpo en el baño! Si venís a Atenas, este es el alojamiento perfecto.

Άψογος χώρος. Ένα μικρό διαμέρισμα που με πολύ όμορφο γούστο και μεράκι έχει μετατραπεί σε τοπ επιλογή. Πανέμορφο σε διακόσμηση, προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Πεντακάθαρο όλο το διαμέρισμα, μπανιο τελειο , κουζινα με ολα οσα χρειάζεται,σαλονι ανετο με σούπερ ντεκόρ, υπνοδωμάτιο με πολυ καλο στρωμα , εντυπωση μου εκανε μολις ξαπλωσα που τα κλινοσκεπασματα μυριζαν μαλακτικό . Η κα Βανα αψοχη . Κατατοπιστικες οι πληροφορίες για την άφιξη και ότι άλλο χρειαζόταν. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά.

Τέλειο σπιτι, πολύ όμορφος χωρίς, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στην περιοχή έχει πολλά μαγαζιά και βρίσκεις τα πάντα. Η κυρία Μαρια ήταν πάντα στην διάθεση μας για ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε και το συνιστούμε.

Had a lovely time in Athens with my Wife and our baby. We felt very comfortable in Fotis’ air bnb. It was exactly what we needed! It was very clean. Also, very good communication between Fotis and us. He recommended us some great restaurants and things to see/do. Only a 10/15 min walk from all the main attractions in Athens. Would 100% recommend come and stay again in the future!

Πολύ όμορφο και πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα, σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από σταθμό ΗΣΑΠ που διευκολύνει τις μετακινήσεις στην πόλη. Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός. Είχαμε άψογη επικοινωνία κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμούσα.

Nous sommes restés une seule nuit dans le cadre d’un transfert aéroport, le logement était très bien, propre, moderne et climatisé avec un lit très confortable. Un petit balcon très appréciable, les alentours avaient l’air animés avec des nombreux restaurants. Seul bémol à noter : il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.

An incredible oasis in the heart of a hip neighborhood in Athens. Great food, accessible to other parts of the city, very walkable, and the apartment is GORGEOUS. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and the pool is *chef's kiss*

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

The apartment is just like the pictures. Alexis was very responsive and answered all our questions. We found some good places to eat. The apartment was very cozy and just the space we needed after a long day of sightseeing.

Rhodric’s apartment is a superb place for as longer stay in the Athens region. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, many restaurants and beaches less than 10 minutes drive away, easy access to downtown Athens and to the south of the Attic Peninsula. The apartment is spacious, the garden- like backyard and the pool are nicely shielded from local winds - you feel like in a villa in the countryside even though you’re right in the middle of Athen’s Glyfada suburb with even a direct view onto the sea. A rental car is highly recommended; you can park it in a private and covered parking lot. The place easily accommodates four guests. Excellent communication and every wish fulfilled within minutes. Couldn’t have been any better!

Mein Aufenthalt in Athen war insgesamt sehr angenehm – vor allem dank der großartigen Lage der Wohnung, die einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren bot. Am zweiten Tag kam es leider zu einem kleinen Wasserschaden, was natürlich zunächst etwas stressig war. Doch die Hosts haben sofort reagiert und das Problem schnell und zuverlässig gelöst. Ihr Engagement und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft haben wirklich einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Ich habe mich zu jeder Zeit ernst genommen und gut betreut gefühlt. Besonders gefreut hat mich auch, dass ich tolle Tipps zur Umgebung erhalten habe – das hat meinen Aufenthalt noch bereichert. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle Anliegen wurden umgehend geklärt, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
